We stayed in the Bella Flora suite in the carriage house. The room itself was cozy, clean and romantic. Breakfast in the main house both mornings was delicious, and it was entertaining to hear about the history of the gorgeous mansion from hosts Ken and Kimberly. We will be back!

It was a beautiful mansion but was more like staying at a museum than a romantic or cozy getaway. Breakfast was small and unremarkable. Also only selected rooms are allowed in-room service. We have stayed at other B&Bs in Duluth that we enjoyed far better

My husband and I stayed at the Cotton Mansion for two weeknights in December. We stayed in the carriage house suite, Bella Flora, which was lovely and modern and so luxurious with the fireplace, 2-person whirlpool, comfy bed, wet bar and sitting area. The mansion is where we went for breakfast and relaxing. The mansion had a mini-Downton Abbey feel...

Wow...is all all a person can say about this Bed and Breakfast. The hosts are friendly and full of wonderful history of the home. The Mansion is breath taking, warm and inviting. We stayed in the Carriage house which has 2 amazing suites in it but you still have full access to the man home. Once you arrive, you just...

Romantic, relaxing. Went hiking at around Hawks Ridge. Went shopping and strolling in Duluth. Great restaurants. Our room had a big Jacuzzi bath for two. So nice. Kind of went back in time to the 20's.

My husband and I just stayed for a weekend celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We we immediately wowed by the beauty of the home as well as the hospitality! I only wished we arrived earlier as we didn't check in until 5:45. Because if this we did wait at the front door for a few minutes but quickly learned Ken...

We stayed at the Cotton Mansion for our tenth anniversary. What an excellent experience! We love bed and breakfast accommodations and have stayed in a variety of styles all over the world. This mansion was one of our best experiences. The room was clean, comfortable and had its own terrace with a table and chairs. The whirlpool tub was huge....

We have stayed here 3 times over the past 7 years, never disappointed. Great ambience ... every room we have stayed in. Gourmet breakfast. Gracious hostess! Beautiful grounds, well kept! Duluth is a hidden treasure in Minnesota!

The mansion is breathtaking and in excellent condition. Pros: -The house. I can't get over how elegant yet warm it feels, plus there's tons of space to lounge and the suites are a nice size as well. It's also super quiet-- almost felt like we were the only ones there even though it was a full house! -Breakfast: two courses...

My husband and I needed a few nights away of R&R for my 40th and the Cotton Mansion was perfect. The house is gorgeous with fantastic historic detail - much of it reminded us of our stays in Venice. The owners were friendly but gave us extreme privacy, allowing their guests to treat the house as their home. The Terrace...
