Haven't stayed here in a few years. Requested a suite, separation from our children. Price was very cheap, first clue?! Room was not no suite, no separation. Our beds were by door. Room was filthy. Didn't feel comfortable taking shoes off. Baby confined to portable crib. Ewe! Pool had floaters, black stuff. Sheets and blankets stained and burned. But..... The...

I will keep this short and sweet. Let me say that I am not very picky when it comes to staying places. However, this place was a true and utter dive. For starters you cannot walk ANYWHERE without the stench of stale cigarette smoke. I get that it is a Casino but this was the worst of any Casino I...

We stayed at a room in the old part of the hotel. It overlooked the pool. The room was disgusting - absolutely gross - a tetanus shot waiting to happen. The carpet had numerous stains, the grout between the tiles in the bathroom was gross, the bathtub drain in the shower was plugged - it took nearly an hour to...

The room was clean, for me that gets the most points. Other than that, nothing special. We were there for a wedding and don't gamble so to us it was just another smoky casino. The room had a big empty spot against the wall that appeared it once held a couch. The desk was the very cheapest KD furniture with...

Family and I booked rooms 2 months in advance, had nothing but troubles making sure that our rooms were still available even though we had the confirmation for both rooms. The rooms were supposed to be together but ended up being separate. The room in the tower(which is newer) was nice but the room in the older part looked like...

Love going to Black Bear for the lunch or dinner buffet! Great food selection at a reasonable price!! Would have given 5 stars but their desserts have really gone south!! They used to have a triple chocolate cake that was the best ever!! I REALLY MISS IT!!!! Usually do pretty good at the slots too!! Only stayed at the hotel...

We were given a room in the old section of the hotel, which was fine because we only slept in the room; however, they are in need of some major renovations. There were major stains in the carpet, the bathroom was dated, and the linens were old. The bed itself was comfortable though. We did a little gaming as the...

The casino itself is big, lots of gaming, buffet was good – our room was in the old part of the hotel and was disgusting – there were large stains all over the carpet, stains on the ceiling, and a large burn in the blanket – I overlooked the ceiling and burn, and since we were somewhat late arrivals, unfortunately...

Go on a Monday or Tuesday. Not as much smoke. The Buffet was Much better than the other Casinos in Minnesota. Much better than Princess Cruise Lines. ( Which is now owned by Carnival. Ugh) Very nice customer service. If you don't like your room they will really try to accommodate you. Best of all is the price. It's a...

This is a nice hotel and restaurant. I was there on a weekday this past week. I was only there overnight so wasn't able to take advantage of the golfing but did enjoy a nice dinner buffet, and then a great breakfast buffet the next morning. Both buffets were very good however...for the money the breakfast one if much better....
