Absolutely the worst facilities and service experienced in, well, ever! We checked in late, and were accommodated for that. Noticed the carpet in the hallway was stained and in need of replacement, but didn't think too much about it as these things do need attention from time to time. The air conditioner/heater was not operating properly, blowing cold air when...

Horrible customer service. Rooms were very musty. Swimming and hot tub area had been shut down by the health inspector. Actually booked two nights there, but only stayed the first night, couldn't stay the second night. If you have lung or sinus issues this establishment definitely will cause you problems.

This was probably a nice place but it seems to be in disrepair. Our air conditioner did not work properly, we just shut it off. There was a computer out in the lobby for public use but we were told it doesn't work. We found a dirty sock on the floor next to the bed. The shower curtain had mold...

My complaints aren't as much with the rooms, they are what I expected for a budget hotel in a town that size, as they are with the operator/staff. Upon checking in the person sitting in the hotel lobby was obviously not interested in helping us, nor getting up from her Netflix. Very rude, short with responses, and overall not welcoming!...

I reserved 5 rooms online which was a big mistake on my part for a funeral taking place in the Caledonia. Four of the rooms were for my adult children and their children. All the reservations were for two nights. I tried to cancel one reservation for one night, but got the run around that I had booked with a...

We had booked our room on Expedia - it was for a family of 4, 2 queen beds non-refundable rate. Bought and paid for - when we arrived at the hotel late in the evening we were greeted by a very rude man & woman at the front desk, telling me they were full and had no rooms. I showed...

When we arrived we were greeted by a large chunk of dirt on the entrance carpet, which was still there when we checked out the next morning. The clerk was watching TV in his back office and was unaware that we were there, until we made enough noise. We assume he was not watching "Hotel Impossible". The clerk was very...

Rude management. Got hung up on twice and put on hold "set the phone down on the counter" for over 5 minutes. Never ever stay here because you will get over charged and ripped off! Place is extremely dirty and I would not eat the breakfast if it was the last food on earth.

I should have gone on Trip Advisor FIRST. I used an on-line booking service, and booked for two adults and one child, and yet when we got there, the desk attendant charged us $10 for my son. We should have turned around and kept traveling. There was a television blaring in the backroom when we checked in - we rang...
