This hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants and safe for walking for exercise. But, the hotel had a major water pipe break which means lots of construction over the next month or so. Wait until it is back to normal-maybe April 2019.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. We strive to exceed our guests' expectations, and it is important to us that your stay is both comfortable and memorable. We apologize that we were not able to live up to those expectations, and are sorry you experienced an issue during your stay. We would like to add 20,000 points to your Hilton Honors account. Again, we are so sorry and if there's anything more that we can do for you, please let us know. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Many people think that surveys do not matter or that no one ever reads them. Feedback is our most valuable tool in ensuring the comfort of our guest. We use feedback to evaluate which areas we are exceeding our guest expectations and which areas we have room for growth. Responses like yours help us to better our staff and hotel. We hope to have the opportunity to have you as our guest again.

Nice to find a hotel that offered two beds in a handicapped room. One problem, though, was that I felt that the bathroom door was hinged on the wrong side, making it difficult for a wheelchair to access the bathroom. There were several support bars in the room itself. It
