So glad to see the Brio finally on TripAdvisor! Traveled here with a group of friends the week leading up to the Cherry Festival (a couple weeks after they opened). I have been a Traverse City traveler for 20 years and have stayed at many properties along miracle mile, and this hotel may just be my new favorite! Against my...

It was a last minute trip to escape up north and it was available. It's cozy; it began life as in inexpensive motel (The Sands) and you can see that history under the tasteful updates. It is also ON the beach and every room has a water view. The have a nice deck, fire pit, and beach chairs. The rooms...

I saw this place listed and a couple reviews, it sounded too good to be true. I stopped by to see the place and was so sad that I had already been booked at another place that cost too much and didn't even come close to providing what Brio Beach Inn has..To start off, the property is CLEAN, and small,...

We had business in Midland, MI and were advised to visit Traverse City while in the state. We drove up without any knowledge of the area and after using trip advisor for price comparatives, decided to stop in and check out Brio Beach. Rooms are small, but the whole place is newly redone with nice new beds and furniture. Everything...

Went to Traverse City on a family vacation, and absolutely loved the location of this tastefully redone classic motel. Rooms were immaculate and so happy to have breakfast included. Beautiful deck and new beach chairs. Management was welcoming and attentive. And the price was great!

Want to go to Traverse City? Want to stay on the water? Want to pay $300+ per night...uh oh. Let's get one thing straight, Traverse City lodging is expensive, and I mean DUMB expensive. Most places don't offer a whole lot more than a place to lay your head at night for an insane amount of money. I feel like...

Well...thank you so very much for the wonderful endorsement!! There is no better "sales pitch" than from someone with firsthand experience. After extensive renovations, we reopened the property on June 12th. and it has absolutely been our pleasure to welcome everyone who has come to our door.
