Beautiful home, carefully and thoughtfully decorated, great breakfast (host made sure I had a plant based whole food offering), interesting guests and helpful hosts. The location of the house was close to the downtown area - easy walking to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. through a lovely neighborhood. Plan to return.

We really didn't know what to expect and when we arrived, we weren't disappointed. The Inn is beautifully decorated and we stayed in the Woolsey Suite. Our room was perfect in every way. You could not ask for a better Host and Hostess. They were 'down to earth' and charming. We would stay there again! (Hope to be back again... More

We chose The Wellington based in part on the reviews we read, and we were not disappointed. The mansion that houses the facility is magnificent, and has been beautifully restored. The Wellington is located in a residential neighborhood of turn of the century homes, and is an easy walk to the restaurants and other attractions on Front Street. Our room... More

Enjoyed a wonderful birthday weekend in Traverse City. Antiquities Wellington Inn was delightful. It is is a residential area just a couple of blocks from the main street. We parked our car when we arrived and never had to get into it until we drove to our next destination three days later. We were able to walk or ride our... More

A great, thoughtful restoration of a wonderful neo classical treasure. Located in a period correct neighborhood. Easy walking distance to food, shopping and the beach. Rooms are quiet and well kept. Breakfast at 9 am may cramp your style if you are one who likes to get out early, but it is worth the wait. The entire experience was out... More

My husband and I stayed at the Wellington for 3 nights. The home is beautiful and well restored. The owners were friendly and attentive. The amenities were nice, including a 3rd floor kitchen well stocked with goodies available 24 hours a day. The breakfast's were deliciously amazing!! The only downfall was the room we stayed in..... The Morgan Chamber. While... More

We loved this B&B. Everything was wonderful. The inn was not full so we could look into most of the rooms. Everyone nicer that the next. Breakfast was very good. I don't like eggs, but the egg bake was excellent. Seems there was cream cheese involved. We will definitely stay there next time we are in the area.

Immaculately clean and beautifully period decorated bedrooms, each with attached full bathroom, were comfortable and met travelers' needs. Breakfast was homemade, served promptly and delicious -- waffles with strawberries/syrup/whipped cream one day; quiche with pumpkin bread the next. Common areas were generous sized and comfortable for group gatherings, including a grand piano in the living room, a shared kitchenette off... More

Awesome place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the inn. Very inviting and the guests were fun! Appreciate the genuine hospitality of Barb and Hank (innkeepers). The whole house is decorated to perfection and with every detail in place. Our room very spacious and clean! The breakfast was very good and a nice treat to have other guests at... More

A gorgeous Victorian home which has been painstakingly and lovingly restored by the Innkeepers. They make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk inside. Beautifully appointed rooms, each with its own unique antique decor. One of the highlights is breakfast: delicious, healthy, beautifully presented and so much fun sitting with everyone in the dining room, sharing where we... More

“The room ( Vortuba?) was nicely appointed and had a nice modern shower. The only complaint is the bed is super creaky- any movement of any kind. It reminded me of my grandmother's bed when I was a kid, so think it needs to be updated. ”
