Room was current, clean and comfortable. Location is in a safe area (which is an issue if you dont know Detroit) just off I-75 next to a nice shopping mall area. No breakfast. I would stay again especially at the rate I found on Hotwire.

Thank you for writing your views, on our hotel. Located a few minutes from the border to Canada, and south of Detroit, we are well placed, for those wanting to rest, before continuing their journey. There is also a Big Boy restaurant, 50 yards from us. They offer a full breakfast menu. This is usually a more desirable option, than...

We came to the area a little late. We rented the 2 double room, did not need the deluxe (deluxe included fridge and microwave). We were not sure about the area, but there is a security guard after 11pm. We never heard any of our neighbors, we did not hear doors closing at night or in the morning when people...

Thank you for writing a review. I apologize, that some bugs had found their way, in to the room. We have a thorough pest control program, in place, with our partners at Ecolab. We will soon be having another coaching session, where best practices, for bathroom cleaning will be shared. We hope your next visit, will be completely satisfactory.

Cannot say enough about my great stay. As usual the house keeping staff were friendly and hard working. Donna was as friendly as ever. Had a bit of a scare when I did not see her on the day shift. She has been there a long time and is a welcoming familiar face and is an intricate part of the...

Been here before, and it's still what it was -- a decent hotel at a rational price. The Wifi works well enough (no code required) and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk being locked down at night (the old-style "bulletproof" pass-through setup!) may make you pause a bit at the front door but I've never had the...

Always stay here when traveling home for a visit. Close to family and points that we love to visit. Always look for Donna, treats us like family. The hotel is maintained very well and if we need anything look up Donna and she makes sure it is taken care of. My pets feel just as welcome as I am. Look...

Ms. Sharp, Thank you for recognizing Donna's passion, when it comes to our guests. Being "Pet-Friendly", is also a major feature, of Red Roof Inn. A rewarding aspect, of our business model, is that we get to see our most satisfied patrons, as often as we do.

I loved my stay the rooms were really clean and the couple questions I had were handled by Donna a true professional so everytime I visit from Nashville I will stay here you have a great bunch. The outside is very clean and close to food restaurants and malls for shopping. The one concern I have is how slippery the...

Mr. Turley, Thank you for sharing your views on our property. I will pass on your kind words, to Donna. I have conducted a coaching session, with the housekeepers, reviewing the cleaning procedures, of the tub. The safety and security of our guests, is our main concern. Feedback is always appreciated, as we try to improve, our guest experience.

Located right on I-75 just 20 minutes south of the Canadian Border, this location is a convenient yet quiet place to stay. Rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious. Free coffee in the lobby for a quick start the next day is also appreciated. Breakfast and dinner / drink restaurants are located just next door within easy walking distance.

Thank you for pointing out our advantageous location, just south of the border crossing, to Canada. We know that visiting our friends to the North, is not as uncomplicated, as it once was. Making the decision to rest up with us, before facing those logistical challenges, makes perfect sense, to many of our guests.

Room was nice, first floor, Floor was wood but no carpeting. So my wife didn't like the cold floor. The wifi was okay, but it was free. No morning breakfast just coffee. But there was a big boy and Denny's right there by. Had a thermostat for the heat.

This was our 4th RRI stay in 11 days on a 4,000 mile road-trip.....each had all the same furnishings/décor. This room was a K/Deluxe (as were all the stays) and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. For those that care,...
