Definitely not in the class of 'worst hotel ever' and for the normal, non-Saturday rate, it's about right. Friendly staff and totally acceptable accommodations for the price. Reminds me of the beach towns of Long Island - the benefit is the location.

When I visited they DID NOT have anything gluten free. I have celiac disease and they could not accommodate my dietary needs. It may have changed, but I would not go there again for many reasons. Good luck.
