Great French press coffee delivered to room on weekends. Great service. Downtown Rochester is lit head to toe in Christmas lights in December, walking distance. Nice decor, no pool. Comfortable robes, spacious rooms. Would like to come back in summer months and enjoy restaurant on large outside balcony.

Decorations are stunning. Close enough to historic downtown shops and restaurants to walk. Valet parking only $10 nightly Park 600 bar and kitchen is perfect for foodies and craft beer devotees. Concierge is very helpful. Staff is friendly and attentive. Library with fireplace to relax with coffee in the morning and lemon water in the evening. Old world elegance

I can't imagine what the charming village of Rochester (and other suburbs nearby) did before the Royal Park came to town. It is a treasure. The hotel was bustling with guests and its banquet rooms and gorgeous glass walled solarium were full with wedding ceremonies, receptions, an engagement party, a Chamber of Commerce breakfast...The facility is extremely well run, with...

The hotel has recently changed from the elegant Brookshire restaurant to "an upscale (?) casual restaurant". We went there tonight to see what it was like. Our server Carter was excellent. But the noisy atmosphere and the hustle and bustle of most of the servers was definitely poor. The ambience was loud and noisy. I compared it to the California...

My husband and I recently stayed here for an overnight getaway. We were excited to revisit the hotel where our wedding reception was held. The Royal Park did not disappoint! Our suite was amazing, with a lovely terrace and a view of the river and downtown. The service was impeccable and personal. Overall, from beginning to end, The Royal Park...

Beautiful hotel looks like a throw back to colonial times was actually built in 2002. The beds are amazing - my back pain went away - and the room temperature was perfect for sleeping. White marble bathrooms with l'occitane products was a highlight as well. Staff was... very nice and accommodating... looked very local. Breakfast buffet had organic eggs, fruit,...

Stayed here last weekend with my wife for our anniversary. They sent me a text to check in early and request a scenic view room which i did, i also mentioned it was our anniversary, they replied the front desk is aware of it. Text came back later saying not possible to check in early and can't accommodate a scenic...

Excellent and friendly staff Starts from the moment you arrive. Warm friendly reception area no matter how cold and rainy the weather gets. The only thing I would change would be the number of self parking spaces. When the hotel gets busy parking becomes scarce.

Rooms are large and very comfortable. The bathroom is great with good amenities. The bed was a bit soft but that's a personal preference. The hotels restaurant and bar are fantastic. Really good food and not pricy at all. The grilled cheese is amazing and not to be missed. Downtown Rochester is adorable with lots of cute shops. There is...

This was the site of my cousin's wedding so we got a room out of convenience. It was a little pricier than we would usually pay, and we usually find that it isn't worth it. In this case, though, I wish we would have splurged and stayed another night. The rooms are large, clean, and elegant. The bathroom was huge...
