My wife and I stayed with Anne Marie for 2 nights while we visited many of the Normandy historic sites. Anne Marie was a gracious and excellent host sharing many stories about her family and the history of the Manoir. The rooms were huge and clean, the bed very comfortable and slept well. Breakfast was delicious with local jams and... More

Manoir de Crepon is indeed a wonderful place to stay with huge rooms, and beautifully decorated with antiques and art. It is located in a small village and was very quiet. Our hostess was friendly, cheerful and more than helpful in returning a forgotten camera to us in Canada. Her breakfasts were excellent with wonderful preserves, local cheeses and fresh... More

Conveniently located in rural Normandy and a short drive to the historic and invasion sites. Ann Marie is a delight, most accomodating and engaging. The rooms are spacious, clean and reasonably priced. While some updating may be in order, the experience and rustic charm are suited to the seasoned traveler looking for fairly priced accomodations.

This B&B is really a find. Anne Marie is a host extrodinaire. We were a family of 6 adults and we felt as if we were visiting our "French relatives". The beds are so comfortable and it is so quiet and relaxing-you do not want to get up, but ,alas, we were on vacation-so we did arise to a wonderful... More

Mme Poisson is a delightful person, who is very accommodating and will help you out in any way with dinner reservations, directions, etc. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. But this is a large and challenging to maintain home where Mme Poisson has lived since adolescence. The rooms are a bit tired--peeling paint, fixtures in need of repair,... More

My father and I stayed for two nights at the Manoir in Crepon and it was a perfect stay. The house is beautiful and the welcome from the owner Anne-Marie (and her lovely dog) very warm. The village is pretty and quiet and a great place from which to explore the area - Bayeux, Caen, the beaches, local chateaux and... More

We had planned to stay at the Manoir de Crepon for 4 days and came back after 3 nights for another 3 days, so wonderful was the reception by Mme. Poisson and so cosy (in German: “gemütlich”) was everything around our stay. Nice historic rooms, glorious beds, a magnificent breakfast - with 5 blends of homemade jam, and above all... More

We traveled with our 2 teens; parents had 1 room and kids a 2nd. Both rooms were nicely decorated. Both of the rooms were quite large (which surprised me in that this is such an old building. Centuries old I mean - NOT run down). All other reviews have spoken about breakfast - i agree with all comments: lovely, variety,... More

Charming country house in lovely Norman village. Antiquities everywhere in the house (owner also sells antiques). Beautiful room and functional bathroom. Great breakfast with fruits and home-made preserves. Plenty of parking on property. Lovely walks through town and around with much D-Day history right in the town! Restaurant (Ferme de la Ranconniere) less than half a mile walk. Convenient for... More

We were welcomed into Crepon by Mme Poisson, her brother Jaques and her adorable dog Ebenna. The Manoir had been maintained to retain its charm and character- we stayed in the Portraits room which was spacious and airy and had a large bath. Attached was a small childrens room. However there was no independent shower but there is one in... More

“All the rooms (believe there are a total of four or five) overlook the gardens and back yard and are on the second floor. Do not leave windows open at night, or if you do, make sure you do not keep a light on. We did in the bathroom and the next morning found a plethora of moths in the bathroom.”
