We stay at Ferme de la Ranconniere during our trip to Juno Beach and Beny sur Mer. Prior to our trip we were hoping to stay at a historical building and then we came again this place. We were fortunate to stay in the tower suite which had a second bedroom in the tower (pictures included). Supper was amazing, casual...

We stayed in the rooms a few minutes walk from the main hotel. The rooms were large and furnished with classic old pieces. As you'd expect the bed was comfortable and everything worked in the room. The food was excellent and the staff welcoming and helpful. This was one of the nicest places and hotel I have stayed at. I...

This was our lunch destination during our tour of the Normandy D-Day beaches. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, service was great and our lunch was really good. We were on a "tour" with a small group. Our meal was pre-ordered for us but I think we were all very pleased. I would highly recommend for ambience and a really...

We stayed at this hotel some 3 years ago and we decided to book again for 2 nights as part of a WW1 and WW2 battlefield tour through France, Belgium and Holland. The hotel has not lost any of its charm indeed probably better. Great spot for exploring the central WW2 Normandy historical sights and being able to relax when...

My husband and I had spent a few days in Paris, and planned to go to Normandy to see the Bayeux Tapestry and the American Cemetery. I had been before and stayed in hotels in Bayeux, but we decided to look for something a little more quaint, since we'd have a rental car. I couldn't have picked a more charming...

I enjoy this hotel tremendously. The staff was friendly and diligent in our needs. The hotel is basically a farm house converted to a hotel. But do not let this discourage you from staying here. The food was excellent and the service as well. The rooms are not huge but considered big for Europe. However we did go during the...

We stayed one night at this hotel and were satisfied. We arrived late afternoon and had an early morning departure and we feel that was plenty of time at the hotel. The room was very spacious and welcoming. The dinner was above average (it was near impossible to slice the duck) but the service was truly wonderful. Breakfast was a...

We stayed here whilst doing a tour of the historic sights of Normandy based around the landing beaches. Just two nights, excellent service, good food, and a lovely selection of Calvados. I intend to return to Normandy, I want to do some more serious examination of this chapter in history, and I will definitely be staying here again.
