We just returned from 3 nights at Rempart's. We had a great experience. We stayed in the apartment building and it was very clean, quiet and modern. The bed and furniture were comfortable; the towels were nice. In terms of the location, this hotel is within walking distance of everything in town. We walked to the downtown area for supper... It has been three years since we have been in Kayserberg and stayed at les Ramparts. We were here for four nights. We were given an apartment in a building that is .50-75 yards away The apartment had a small kitchen with eating area, a living room, a very nice bathroom, and a nice size bedroom. The bed was queen-size... More

We cycled up to reception, having weaved our way from Eguisheim, to be informed by Françoise, one of the owners, that we'd been upgraded, but full of apologies that we'd be sharing a queen size bed...the room was delightful, with a large balcony overlooking the hills, a small kitchen, great shower, and very comfortable bed. Despite housing a large group... More

This hotel was the perfect basecamp for enjoying Alsace. We stayed in a Terrace room for 3 nights. The terrace, as well as the in room refrigerator, allowed us to enjoy relaxing in our room during the evenings with amazing wines and beers. While the price may be more than other hotels, when you have the patio, it is totally... More

We booked in Kaysersberg, on a hunch, to avoid the crass commercialism of Colmar, only 15 odd kms. away. We booked at the Ramparts on another hunch. That was a lucky day or us. Nestled into a valley of the Vosges Mountains Kaisersberg has all the charm of Colmar. Ancient houses, a bubbling brook that’s supported the own for centuries... More

A friendly welcome by the staff, many rooms with a balcony, we also had a big bathroom with a bath tub and separate toilet. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from the historical town center with the picturesque houses, little shops, many restaurants and a fine church dating back to the 13th century with Romanesque features. The... More

This hotel is in a good position , very quick walk to the village in the historic centre. We were very happy to find our room was huge ,and had a little kitchenette, a large balcony and a big bathroom. But there are a few things , that could be fixed . Every time we had a shower the bathroom... More

Some of the most friendly and welcoming hotel staff here. Rooms are all comfortable and spacious. I could not fault the breakfast either. 5 stars. Christmas music in the breakfast room made me feel happy too! I will return

This 3 star hotel is divided over 3 buildings near to each other. In the main building, you can find most of the rooms and the breakfast rooms. In this building the rooms have been refurbished in a contemporary style. The second building has larger rooms but in the same style as the main building, so more interesting for families... More

Well located in a very pretty village. Nice spacious room, comfy bed, flat screen TV and full bath. Balcony which overlooked the carpark. Good value. Friendly multi lingual staff. Mini bar. Breakfast was 10 euro but we did not have it. Free wifi which worked well in the room.
