What is going on with the door handles? Having said that a step back in time. Met some great people and the views from our balcony were awesome. Excellent food and excellent service. The fish market at Trinco town is well worth seeing. Look out for the Spotted Deer.

We stayed there one night. There was no hotwater, a problem with the system, the room was old, the bathroom needed renovation. The bathtub was not clean. The staff was helpful. Food was average. Dinner took sometime but the views were great

We went for lunch here on a Monday. We were the only guests. The food was average, and they only accepted cash. This hotel was the location for some unpleasant war-time events; even though it has been refurbished, there is still a somewhat creepy feeling to the place. Maybe it would have been better during a busier time. The view...

Looks good from outside. Rooms are old and have water leaks. We had two rooms and one smelled as if the toilet had leaked. Advertised as having hot water but it was cold water. Short staffed. Dinner took 30 minutes to get water. And another 45 minutes for the actual food. Check-in took almost 30 minutes of waiting (with no...

I had so looked forward to returning (for the fourth time) to the Welcombe hotel, a real town landmark of architecture and what was then a great hotel. This time I left in tears (and lost my deposit). It looked sad and forlorn, needing maintenance desperately. The beds were terrible - and they had been great large beds before. What...

This hotel is in a fabulous location and you enter to a fantastic view over the habour and that is where it stops. The whole place needs to be thoroughly overhauled. Everything is falling apart. Rooms are in very poor condition. We booked 3 double rooms and one couple ended up with a single bed+ a bunk bed!! Sheets and...

Extremely overpriced, over run with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Hotel is in a dilapidated state. No hot water in the shower. Such a waste, as it has a great view of the sea. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you look from the outside, reception and view all good, rooms, bathrooms are beyond belief, stained sheets, cigarette burns to bathroom, dead spider peeping from behind mirror, no hot water. We had three rooms all bad, as we had paid in advance we suffered two nights here. Local breakfast ok, rush to see who gets it first, flies or...

The welcome bay is one of a greatest resort hotel ever i saw.because of it's created a lot of values for their guests. as well as they provide a great experience & sounds services with very silent & carm environment . so welcome bay established their sustainable competence in advanced manner & no one wouldn't be able to imitate them.
