Very unpleasant stay, so much so we just left the next day even though we had booked two days. Even though they were packed we could not get a refund for the second night. Just stared at me as I registered all of the complaints.

I didn't stay at this hotel but ate at their grd. flr. restaurant called 'Bigaa' during the Vigan Longganiza festival of Jan. 2017. To be exact, I had dinner here, Jan. 23, 2017. Food and service was okay. Serving portions were big and prices were on midrange. After I had dinner, I paid using my credit card and the lady...

I received a very large room in the 3rd floor. The bath was nicely renovated and had ample hot water and water pressure. The decor was colonial and very charming. Bed was hard and linens were scratchy. The towels were thin too. There was a lot of construction and some dust on the same floor. However you're right in the...

On our way back, we stayed at Vigan Plaza Hotel. Rooms are well appointed and tidy, bathroom and lighting fixtures, are well maintained. Rustic but with modern touch. The hotel is strategically located, just a stone's throw the cobbled stone street, where restaurants are situated, the church, the awesone plaza (especially at night when the fountains are lighted) and business...

The food was great. Masarap talaga pagkain nila. The staff were very accommodating. The Ilocano culture is showed. Nakakatawa pakiramdam ko marami na rin akong "rrrrrrrrr" paglabas namin ng hotel. I would recommend this hotel for future travellers.

Conveniently located in the city centre for sightseeing, eating out and exploring the city of Vigan. Calle Crisologo is a few steps away and city landmarks within walking distance. The hotel is full of original features wooden floors, floor tiles and the old Hispanic charm is evident everywhere. Our room was clean , air conditioned with en suite facilities. The...

This is a very good hotel located in the historical center. Rooms are simple and clean. I've appreciated very fast Wi-Fi. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast is available in the nice seating area with the standard selection of options. We have experienced repeated issues with electronic lock for our room.
