Right in the heart of old Vigan this beautiful old building serves well as a hotel. The welcome, friendliness and the quality service is very good. All the public areas and the rooms are very clean and well kept. Our ground floor room at the back of the hotel was very quiet and well equipped. There wasn't a hairdryer but...

We love everything in this hotel. We traveled with a senior citizen on a wheelchair and we did not encounter any problem. It's very close to It's not in Calle Crisologo but very accessible and without the noise of Calle Crisologo. The only negative observation I have is that the staff need more training in handling guests. Our room, 107,...

This hotel used to be an ancestral home built over an original "bahay na bato" (stone house). We are a family of four, and were fortunate enough to book this hotel one week before our trip through Expedia. Check in was a breeze. Got to the hotel around at night after watching the dancing fountain show at the plaza. We...

We stayed in a deluxe room for 2 nights in this large old house converted to a small hotel, and found it a very nice long weekend place to stay. The décor and atmosphere were very nice, room comfortable with nice light, staff very friendly, and breakfast good. The hotel also arranged transfers between Vigan and Laoag airport and these...

We liked our room. Though relatively small, the high, mural-painted ceilings on the second floor of the main building lent it a luxurious-feeling atmosphere. The breakfast nook was literally just a tiny area of the lobby with six small tables. The breakfast area in the annex is more spacious but not air-conditioned. Breakfast choices were okay. Loved the lobby area...

I always stay in this hotel whenever I have business trips in Vigan. The rooms are clean, ambiance is cozy, service is good, and their food is okay. They also have a free shuttle (tricycle-like) to bring you to your destination. Its location is also near the tourists spots in Vigan.

I highly recommend this hotel, great location and service. I will for sure stay here again next year, looking forward to it. Walking distance to everything in town, this was a great experience to see the spanish influence in the city that has been well preserved.

Stayed here with a group of 14. Situated right in the heart of the old quarter and just around the corner from Calle Crisology, the main tourist drag with plenty of restaurants and souvenir artisan shops. Don't have a main restaurant, just a breakfast room. But not a problem as there are loads of restaurants on your doorstep. Staff brilliant....

the courtesy of the staff and their constant availability to respond to guest exigencies made my staying memorable! historical building and elegant ambience, luxurious rooms with traditionally crafted furniture gave the sense of being on vacation, although I was there for work. we passed through two powerful typhoons and the only disfunction suffered was the loss of internet connection. very...

Traveling to Vigan was an abrupt trip from us. We were just supposed to stay at manila but we decided to go there just to use the vacant days of our trip. We found Hotel Felicidad because of our driver kuya Henry. He said that the place was affordable. Upon entering the hotel, the reception were very accommodating and hospitable....
