This hotel is a Japanese style with a clever modification to Nepali tradition and the surrounding area. Its location is perfect for visiting the birth place of Bhuda. The room is simple and modest equipped, but very comfortable. Set-breakfast and buffet breakfast is plentiful and is a mixture between Western and Japanese style. Soup and boil rice are delicious. Friendly...

This is one of the best hotel in Buddhist pilgrimage route. Nice and large garden, good location, and large clean room. However, girls in front desk does not treat guests as well as other hotels, and the food is twice or three times than India hotels. The hot water is also provided in the morning and evening only.

The hotel caters primarily to a Japanese clientele, and it shows in the rather Zen approach to furnishing rooms. The rooms are of a good size, but offer little in the way of enveloping comfort. A few carps; the TV was miniscule, perhaps 20 inches, not that I was there to watch TV. The in-room power plugs are an unusual...

I must give praises for the food at this hotel. Japanese course and Nepali set menu are really nice! Especially considering the remote location, it is not easy to find a decent food but here it is superb! Room is a little disappointing. Looked old. Hard bed. AC in some rooms is not cooling enough (we were there on summer).

The hotel was recommended and didn't disappoint. Excellent location in the National Park and relatively near the temples and birthplace of Buddha. We had all our meals in the hotel restaurant, which was good quality and value - very attentive and pleasant staff. During our stay a fire broke out in the area surrounding and all the hotel staff carried...

This is a Japanese owned and run hotel. It is located next to the Japanese Peace Stupa. The grounds are extensive on the outskirts on the main city. The service and room were very welcoming after the long drive from Pokhara. I highly recommend this hotel for your Lumbini visit.

I am writing this review in mind that we are paying USD120 a night for this place. There was also only 1 guest - ie myself staying in the entire hotel for my duration. + side 1) Service was generally warm and good 2) The AC in the room also acts as a heater - which is helpful during the...

Temperature in Lumbini itself hot/high comparatively other city. But new, wide and modern rooms at Kasai make feel comfortable this is guaranteed. I love the room and wish to come again. Lovely surrounding.
