I'm paying 50,000 Kip (about 5 USD) for my own room with a kingsize bed and a bathroom, TV and wardrobe. They don't clean the room while you're staying there if you don't ask them to but I just ask them every few days and then it's nice and clean. Sometimes some things are broken. My sink for example is...

The biggest advantage of this place is the price, 60000 kip for double room. Don't expect much for that money. It's not comfortable, but if you need just place to sleep after the long day of trekking and you don't want to spend too much, it would be ok.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights and then again 1 night after a 2-day trek. We paid 60.000 kip for a double room, fan, with attached bathroom Pros: rooms are cheap, clean and they have a bathroom Although the owner is not really what you would call a ray of sunshine... But having said that he did let...

Horrible.old smelly dirty rooms.(hairs+stains on sheets) One bed broken, could see the holes through sheets! When asking about something to do with the bed, receptionist first left, then shouted at me,then even raised his hand as to hit a table. Scary person to be avoided. Just like his place. Avoid it! Much better places in this lovely town!

The owner is definitely not the friendliest guy out there but other than that, the rooms are cheap : 60 000 kips for a twin, if you're by yourself, you can ask for 50 000 kips. The rooms' size differ a lot : the twin room with the balcony was very spacious, but the double on the third floor was...

For a place that has no bedbugs, clean sheets, a fan, Tv and a decent working hot shower; Yuranan is an affordable and comfy place to stay for a few nights. The WiFi is ok - speedy enough to browse online and that's about it. Rooms are spacious with windows and you can overlook the main street from the balconies...

I stayed one night in this guesthouse. The room was big and quite clean with a small bathroom and TV. The negative point was a water leakage in the bathroom (who was totally wet) and made noise all the night. Okay for one night but I wouldn't have stayed more... The overall feeling is that you could find better for...

Shabby grubby room, dirty sheets - they stank of cigarette smoke and had a cigarette burn in them. Don't think they'd been cleaned since the last guest. No safe deposit box despite a clear sign on the door of the room saying 'don't leave valuables in the room, ask at reception for access to a safe deposit box.' Don't go!
