The chalets were great, clean and had everything needed for self-catering for our family. Make sure your car's windows and doors are locked, because the baboons were able to slide open a window which was not locked on our vehicle and found some food left in the car.

We stayed at the Blyde River Forever Resort in the family chalets. They are comfortable and provide privacy, comfort and great natural surroundings. This property is huge and takes a fair bit of exploring. It has a huge swimming pool, trampoline for the kids, putt putt and horse riding. We took the opportunity to explore the trails available. The map...

We have camped at this resort before (one of our best) but stayed in a chalet this time. A great resort and a great place to travel to all the magic sightseeing venues that the area has to offer! Will go again.

My little girl and I loved it there, the roms were comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.... The scenery takes your breath away, you can walk for miles and just admire the beautiful and serenity around you! The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Although the place is massive in size, you...

We stayed here close to the end of our Mpumalanga road trip and I must say it was worth the stay. We stayed in a one bedroom chalet which was alright. The room isnt all that and a bag of chips (especially for the price it costs) but it was definitely sufficient and clean. Really what is needed for a...

The resort is well maintained and the accomodation is kept very neat and clean. Be sure to do the kadishi trail in the resort starting at the camping site which is a 2km hike. Look out for the baboons coming into the accomodation looking for food in the kitchens. Staff moving around the resort during the day and shifts is...

Perfect break away from the hustle & bustle of the city life. With a petrol station literally outside the resort & a shop inside the resort, pool area & playground area for kids, this is the perfect place for a much needed break. Not forgetting the AMAZING upper viewpoint, where you can see the 3 rondavels. Friendly & helpful staff...

We booked a 3 star bungalow. It was much nicer than expected. Stone buildings with a carport and a braai area. There is a comfortable living area with a small kitchen and tiny table. Spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower, nice toiletries. We had bungalow #98. It has a magnificent view of the Three Rondavels from the bedroom and covered...

I stayed at this resort with my direct and extended family (34 of us in total) for 5 days and I found the place to be absolutely beautiful. The resort is very well run and they enure that the facilities are always neat and tidy. We booked a guesthouse and some chalet rooms. Guesthouse: Sleeps up to 14 people. Was...

Looking at the brochures you think this will be really nice, but in fact it's a place that doesn't expect visitors to ever come back. Simple, well basic. The restaurant buffet food is edible. That's probably the best that can be said about it. Yes there are stunning views, but that shouldn't distract from offering decent accommodation. Not memorable
