We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historical hotel! The renovation is beautiful and our room was fantastic. It was spacious, slept well in the king bed and had the feel of a luxury hotel. From the Keurig coffee maker to the little chocolates and optional wine in the room made this well worth the price. We had an excellent...

We were fortunate to spend a night in the penthouse here. Felt like a scene out of a movie! Love the history and the amazing restoration. Great bar with awesome views. New favorite drink "Amelia Earhart" (She was a guest here.) Terrific restaurant. Will definitely stay here if ever in Marquette again.

Lovely. Rooms are tastefully done. They have a brew pub, fine dining and a 6th floor bar overlooking the lake. You can also order bar food there. A huge step up from our stay in Paradise at the Magnuson. Skip that town if you are doing the circle tour and stay in Munising.

We are finishing a 16 state tour with a stay at the Landmark. We were shown 3 different rooms to choose from. We chose a king overlooking the parking lot. We started with a cocktail in the bar where the bartender gave some great dinner advice. The historic room was clean and well appointed. The king bed was new and...

The property is absolutely beautiful!! A very rich feel to each room throughout the hotel. Great downtown location, free parking, a great upstairs lounge, and very clean and comfortable rooms. I stayed in the Lilac Room, which is said to be haunted, gave the hotel a great feel and the room a little mysterious. I would definitely stay again when...

I grew up in the Marquette area. My wife and I count on this place to relax and be in the center of Marquette happenings. Irony has it that the previous owners of this hotel bought my old family home on Lakewood Lane in nearby Harvey MI. The best part I recently discovered is the Scotch selection at the upstairs...

The beauty of The Landmark is in the variety of its rooms. Try the Kawbawgam Suite with birch bark furniture or the Dandelion Cottage Room (based on a book about early days in Marquette.) Delicious food, on-site pub and restaurants, and don't forget Joe's Cakes, the BEST in the UP!

We booked a room with a view of the Marquette fireworks and man oh man, was it spectacular! The room was small but adequate. There are several restaurants on site and it is situated in the center of town so that you can easily walk anywhere you want to go downtown. Reasonably priced as well.

This is our third time at the Landmark Inn and our best stay yet. It's a beautiful building and well located to downtown. We walked everywhere! We love how it complements downtown architecture. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The amenities are nicer than ever. We didn't eat there this time do can't comment on the redone restaurant. We will...

My bias is always towards the grand old hotels in cities large and small. I am more than willing to look past the dust and patina of the age of these wonderful places from the past. The Landmark Inn in Marquette is one of these. Not quite a grand old lady of the CN System in Canada but of a...
