They discount your room if you pay cash but don't tell you that at time of booking.
Were totally inflexible about a date change we had to make due to medical issues.
Amenities are sparse and a joke. 1 small bar face soap, 1 small bar body soap & 1 tiny tube of shampoo/conditioner (combined in 1 bottle) for 2 people in room. No lotion.
Stayed for quite a few days (as we weren't allowed ANY changes - without being charged an exorbitant amount of $$$$).
Linens NEVER changed, bed never made. Nothing cleaned our entire stay.

Room was clean and great location. That is what this property has going for it. Once in our room, we couldn't get out!! The door stuck in the jam. They were quick to help us figure out how to yank up and towards us to get out.
Advertised breakfast was explained as a bag breakfast of a granola bar, fruit and something to drink. When morning came and we yanked the door open we found even that explanation was wrong and there was no breakfast! Oh well...on to Darrows for a real breakfast. Almost $160 was a little more than was delivered.

While the hotel was safe, it definitely lacked a lot. The beds were awful, the bathroom was quite dirty, and the shower curtain let water flow through it onto the floor every time we showered. The pool area was also dirty and incredibly chemically. It frightened me at one point breathing in the intense chemical smells. Overall not the worst hotel but definitely needs updating and cleaning. Staff was very friendly though.

Extremely expensive for what hotel got to offer
$250 a night is too much for outdated hotel and cold water in the shower or the sink.
They advertise full breakfast but offered us a brown bag breakfast with none nutritional items.

Place looks great on outside and location is great! Room smelled like pine sol over mildew. Aweful. Room very basic and very outdated. Pillows flat and hard. Towels very small and thin. Wash cloths tan, hand towels cream and towels white. Shower curtain sticks to you. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Free breakfast was a small apple small bottle water and granola bar. Checked out day early by 9:00am. NO refund, states won't have enough time to clean and book. Check in is at 3. Nowhere does it state cancellation policy. Ground floor room was noisy with foot traffic above. VERY overpriced for what you get. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Overwhelming smell of mold, black mold visible around ceiling corners just outside bathroom. Eyes, nasal passages irritated from the bad air in the hotel room. Toxic. Had to put heat on since was cold outside, mold smell worsened…at 12:30am ended up going outside to sleep in my vehicle so I could breathe!

It was a nice room.
When we got there the clerk was friendly and we got our room quickly.
We slept well and off we went.
Interesting that they used old fashioned cards to register….that was different,
No breakfast but a small bag —apple, water, and breakfast bar. Parking lot was tight but not completely full on our night. It is a short walk to the local businesses.
We would stay again. The room was clean, clean, clean. The shower was great! Too bad there is no breakfast.

Checked ratings, prices and location. This pkaced faired well in all. Room was clean. Pool / hot tub were refreshing after a long drive and sight seeing. Easy walk to food and shoppi g. Desk staff was veru helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy and clean at the end of the day.

Pretty decent for the price. Maintained clean, well and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly.
Beds are okay and sheets, pillows are good.

Just came home from spending 4 nights at the Court Plaza Inn & Suites with my family. We had a fabulous time! I was very apprehensive to stay here based on reviews but thought why not take a chance. First let me say that this hotel is not perfect and the things that stood out to me were things I have seen in 4 and 5 star resorts that I have paid 3x the amount I paid to stay here! Ok, so the staff isn't dressed to impress but neither am I. If the place is clean and the staff friendly, what do I care what they wear to work. Upon check in the staff was great, saw I had a little one with us and asked if we would like a room with a fridge. This was a wonderful surprise! Our room was 2 queens and was huge!!! Loved it! Very clean!!! Cleaning staff was awesome and very helpful with more pillows and towels. Pillows are kind of flat so we asked for a couple more...no problem. From previous reviews, I was sure to check the bed and towels. Beds were fine and the towels looked like a cream color rather than old and dingy. I think we are just use to going to a hotel with white towels. Location of this place is unbelievable...right on the main drag way from Shepler's and all the shops. Breakfast was nothing spectacular but we just went out to eat. Cracks me up now a days that people expect some elaborate free breakfast. No frills hotel that is clean and friendly with a great location! What more could you ask for! We will stay here again!!!
