My family and I have rented multiple times with Go Disney Vacations. We bragged about, and recommended this company to friends and family. We have spent thousands of dollars with them since becoming Disney annual passholders. Never again. This stay we were renting a condo in Windsor Palms. On the last night in the condo upon arriving back after a full day at the parks the condo was 80°. I immediately contacted the caretaker of the unit, and got a text back essentially saying "they would have a technician there as soon as possible.But to turn the ac to 70°." Apparently my idea of ASAP is completely different than theirs. ASAP to them is the next day. ASAP to me is contacting an emergency technician to repair the item so the people who paid to be there don't boil overnight. I contacted them very early in the morning while the heat in the condo had reached 81°, and we had an 8 hour drive home in a few hours with now little to no sleep. Upon contacting the proprietor to alert them to the situation I was met with hostility, and told "if I would like to leave they would refund my money all I had to do was ask." I never asked for a refund. I wanted working air conditioning. I also had told them once my child woke up we were leaving, which we did. Overall the lack of concern, and total lack of solutions has put me off this retal company completely. They're lovely when everything is running smoothly, but when there's an issue you are out of luck. They will never again receive another dime from me, or anyone in my family.…
