Stayed for 4 nights in June 2020 at 8941 Bismarck Palm Rd. Arrived to find rusting and deteriorating planter, bandaids and bits of paper from fireworks, babygate lock that did not work properly and pool that was dirty and unusable. Attempted to contact office at phone number on information book to report problems but they did not return phone calls to resolve problems .Theater and exercise room were closed but booking company does not inform of closures at time of booking. Main pool closed early so no pool available at 7pm. Requested prorated refund for unusable pool but was told since main pool was open ,no refund. Obviously once they have your money they ignore problems. Would recommend staying somewhere else. Obviously would not stay again or recommend this place. Spend your money somewhere else at a resort that cares about it's guests. You will not find that here…

The place we stayed at was fantastic. The community is also very nice and safe. Gym is a little small, but the pool areas is like at a 5 star hotel. They have tennis courts as well. Not everything is super polished but the value you get out of this place is amazing. Really loved the stay!

We stayed at one of the properties here on Majesty Palm road which was ideally situated a few buildings from the clubhouse. I would need several pages to write about our fantastic experience staying in the beautiful townhouse property at Paradise Palms Resort! All nine (9) of us covering 3 generations, had an amazing time! Our 8-night stay was blissful and made for a wonderful Christmas that we won’t ever forget! We did weeks of research into vacation rentals near Disney / Magic Kingdom that would suit us and were delighted when we stumbled upon High Palms Hotel at Paradise Palms resort! It was the only property we could find with 4 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms and 3 king-sized beds! So, we booked it immediately! The house was so comfortable and homey, we could have stayed here for months! And it was furnished and outfitted with everything needed for a stay of any length! We could have entertained 20 relatives here with the crockery and kitchen items provided! The owner and her daughter did an amazing job in furnishing and decorating the house to create a relaxed, upscale resort vibe! We loved the layout; so spacious yet truly cosy with seating perfectly arranged to encourage us to sit and chat throughout the day. Importantly, we never felt cramped or ‘on top of each other’ in the house and whilst everyone had their own rooms and enjoyed privacy, we only ever wanted to congregate and lounge downstairs together! We visited the Clubhouse a couple times. The coin-operated games are great for all ages, including the young ones as my 4-year old niece was overjoyed winning 6 ducks in the grab machine within 25 minutes! Thanks guys! The common facilities are nicely done. My husband enjoyed beers at the Tiki bar. And we loved the arcade and pools! We never made it to a cinema showing, but the movies were current and in the spirit of the festive season. The shop stocked pretty much all the basics and more. We appreciated this, as if any in our family opted to remain at home, it was comforting to know they could pick up supplies right there. Super convenient and the prices weren’t bad. The home we rented was great and up until the last day (when actually decided to stay at the resort and not go to Disney) we experienced the worst. The pool completely closed for 24 hours due to "possible puke" the theater only plays movies if someone shows so dont expect a movie if you are a few minutes late. The theater seats aren't bolted down. Most of all DON'T GET MAIL SENT HERE! You will have to wait at least 2 hours for them to process it (not exaggerating). They charge $5-10 for something that could easily have been delivered to your porch. The only place its posted is at the front desk. How is this legal? If I dont pay you to do something I didn't ask you to do and wasn't sent out to me, you wont give me my mail?! The front desk lady rudely told me " the rental company knows this." Super... they dont send it out sounds like a problem with them not me! The resort is loud most of the night. I am not even sure if there are true quiet hours. People to INCLUDE (and mostly the staff/workers) drive well over 35 mph. The speed limit is 15. Flying over speedbumps. There are nicer places to stay with better conveniences, friendlier staff, and prices!…

I stayed here a week for a universal/disney trip. It is conveniently located to disney, but a little far for universal. My particular rental was clean and had everything needed. The only issues i had with the unit was the pool heater turned off, so the pool was unusable, and sugar ants inside. The community pool area and surrounding grounds was clean and inviting. I however will never stay here again due to one issue. The parking situation is horrendous. There was 8 spots in front off my 4 unit building. 4 are marked reserved and 4 not. This wouldn’t be an issue other than i’m told they allow up to 5 passes per unit and it seemed the people in the unit next to me was taking up all the free spots. This was Thanksgiving weekend and the place was packed. You could hardly maneuver down the streets with people parking everywhere.…
