My family stayed at one of the condo's overlooking the pool and it was very clean and the resort itself had lots of things to do. the rental homes are all very nicley kept up and some of my family did rent them and it seems that each has a pool and a hot tub along with a gaming room in the garage. The condo were in had lots of space and 3 rooms with 4 beds plus a pull out couch. I like that it was a gated community and had a pond in the middle of it. the resort had a big heated pool and a hot tub. Which we used a lot because it was a little cool when we went. The splash pad and water slides were not heated so they did not get used much while we were there. We also took advantage of the theeater they have there (have to book in advance) and also the little food stand that sold pizza, burgers etc. It is quite a big resort so it was nice walking around in the morning and seeing all the nice homes. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Disney and Universal studio so great locations.…
The pool area is amazing. It’s a constant comfortable temperature. There is also a hot tub as well as water slides and a children’s splash area. There’s a small gym, games room and canteen as well. Our condo was spotless and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Highly recommend staying here.
We have been to Florida many times and stayed in lots of areas but I must say this is the best so far and we will definitely go again. This was booked via TUI and I must say everything was A Class. We flew in to Sanford had a hire car which we collected there. The TUI team there were very helpful. We were expecting to have to travel else where to collect the keys for our holiday home but we didn't have too. We got all information there and it was a key code lock. We had to go to the TUI office the next morning to sign some paper work which wasn't too far away. Honestly this was spot on after a long flight last thing you want to do on the day is mess about sorting stuff. The staff at the resort are very friendly. The holiday home was great. We had a town house 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. There was a bedroom down stairs which was spot on for one of the family due to the stairs. All Town houses had splash pools. Ours was great. We paid for the pool heating. Only issue with the house was the lounge area was set out the wrong way. There was poor lighting for the table area to eat. Also no extra bedding so you could change the bedding while some was washed. The house other wise was spot on. The pool area which was only a 5 min walk away was the best. Heated and there were lots of sun beds. This was busy everyday everyone were friendly. There was a snack bar/shop where you could get drinks too however you are able to take cool bags or cool boxes to the pool if you like. The snack bar was great. They gave you a buzzer to let you know when your food was ready. All of the staff are great. There is a cinema room which they had a selection of films you can pick from. There is a Gym which always had people in. There was a play area which we went to most evenings again you could take your own drink in. The pool area there is a splash area with slides which is great. Parts of the midweek days this closed for a little while so staff could have breaks but this was open all of the time at the weekend. Lots going on. DJ's music on Saturdays. Even Gator land came to visit. We will definitely book again .…
Be warned... whilst all the villas and the communal areas are great you have to get past the rude, obnoxious gate staff first. Even my children asked "Why didn't those people say please or thank you?" Manners cost nothing, unless you are a gate person at this place.
Our family of four visited this resort for 5 days/nights and we really had an exciting experience...so much so, that we will definitely return. The resort is centrally located to amusement parks and shopping and there are numerous restaurants in the area. We rented a townhouse (3 bdrms, 3 bthrms) which was a short walk away from the resort’s community center. Our children (15 and 9) both enjoyed the amenities in the center. The townhouse -7660 Fitzclarence - was exactly as pictured on the webpages we viewed and the owner was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. There were a few areas of the home (literally about 3) which we noticed could be cleaned better but that didn’t affect our over all stay. The one inconvenience, which wasn’t a fault of the resort, was the abundance of the annoying love bugs which descended on the area making walking around outside a little unpleasant! …
