The staff was excellent, very cooperative and congenial. Room and beds were comfortable (although a bit too white). Hot tub wasn't working at the time we were there, but the pool was large and warm. Breakfast was good in general, we stayed there for 8 days and were very satisfied with the experience. Thank you to the hotel staff for...

While driving from Cincinnati to Kalamazoo for an unplanned family emergency, I had to make a reservation after 6:00 pm. I used the Trip Adviser reviews to narrow my search and picked this property. The late night check in was smooth and the 2 front ladies were friendly and relaxing. One was a trainee and she will do well -...

Some of the previously written comments made us apprehensive but the stay was comfortable and without incident. The hot tub was enjoyable. There is evidence of the age of the facility, some rust near the entry to the hot tub, but overall a good stay for a good value. The breakfast was superior.

We were in Kalamazoo for a skating competition. When we arrived in the evening with 2 other families the front desk clerk was very nice and moved our rooms so that all three rooms would be near each other. Very appreciated! The beds were comfortable and amenities as expected for $119 per night.

The staff was great during chech in /out. There was mold on the ceiling outside of our bathroom, the whirlpool in our room was filthy. There were drunk people in the parking lot partying and fighting for 2 hours. I called the front desk and the lady said she didn't hear them, I don't know how, they were right by...

My dog and I have road tripped together for almost 13 years. About 700 room nights. Last night's stay at this road-side Clarion near Kalamazoo was the absolute worst. No A/C, no working cable or wi-fi were just a few of the issues I encountered. The dirty, stuffy, smelly,100 degree hall way on the 3rd floor that led me to...

We thought this hotel was okay. We were traveling in a huge rainstorm and booked this room from the welcome centre in New Buffalo Michigan. It was full of families there for baseball. Was quite noisy and it was full! Rooms were just okay. Clean, but our bathroom door wouldn't shut. It was old and swollen. Beds were fine. We...

Not worth the money. Wifi was horrible, no remote for the Television and a bug in the bathroom. Would be good for a $60 per night hotel, but definitely not $150. Haven't had the breakfast yet, but did hear the lady at the front desk telling another guest that there should be breakfast, but she wasn't sure how it would...

Our group was all checked into the wrong rooms. Once we got that fixed it was pretty good. Breakfast could've been a lot better considering it was a hot breakfast. Staff were great after everything was figured out with the rooms.

We had a great stay. We're surprised at all the negative comments. We were in Kalamazoo because of a funeral. The employee Megan, who checked us in, was courteous, kind, and personable. The rooms were standard, clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The swimming pool was heated and large, which the kids loved. The hot tub was large and wonderful....
