Not at all. As I wrote in my review of this property, the staff was very helpful. She took the time to explain and mark off the map of the area she gave me, where to still possibly find some tulips, since we came 2 weeks after the tulip festival, and not much tulips were left. The staff was very helpful in attending to my questions.

There is a ramp to the front door and many of our other doors. When you are at the front entrance, the ramp is around to the right side of of the front porch. We do have two handicap accessible rooms. There not an elevator unfortunately, but will be getting one in the next year! We unfortunately do not have a shuttle to the Windmill Island but can provide numbers to different taxi services if needed!
