The Grandvillage Inn was easy to get to and the room was quiet. Front desk staff were very helpful. The lock didn't work on the first room we were assigned, so they switched us to another, which was fine. Strong smell of smoke in the hall but not in the room. The room seemed generally clean, although dusty in the...

The room was spacious with 2 arm chairs, microwave, & refrig. There is a community room with a indoor pool, pool table, hockey table, & small & crowded breakfast area. Breakfast items were waffles, eggs & sausage, bagels, donuts, various breads, juice, cereal. Some rooms open onto the community area. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We were there for two nights for a wedding. Outside of the hotel was a little worn, and inside the lobby it was nice. Checking in was simple and effortless, they had our reservation available. We were in a double room, which had a nice bathroom and lots of room for the two of us. Room had a microwave and...

Great service. enjoyed my stay. The indoor pool was a really nice feature during the winter. The breakfast options were a little small, but the attendant was a very nice young man. Overall I would rate this place 3.69/5.

Very good stay and my best sleep after 5 other hotel stays in Chicago and Des Moines. Had dinner next door at Branns, it was great. The hotel has a indoor pool and spa. The price for the room was outstanding compared to the hotels around this one. Easy off and on 196.

Glad we only slept there and got up early to leave. Would never recommend it to anyone. The place was unkept and poorly maintained. If we coulo have, we would have moved to another hotel, but it was very late when we arrived.

Me and my husband brought 2 of our boys and a friend of theirs to stay a night at Grandvillage Inn for his birthday. As soon as they walked through they got excited at seeing all they would be able to do. They had a blast swimming in the pool, playing pool, Foosball table, air hockey and an arcade room....

We were in for GVSU Family weekend and unfortunately didn't stay at hotel very long to use all the amenities. Our room, on the 2nd floor, was a little "older" looking but the bed was comfortable and even though we were outside the pool area - it was somewhat quiet. The pool and jacuzzi looked very nice. Check in was...

While traveling on the Lighthouse Tour, being over Labor Day, hotels were hard to find vacancy's. We were given this hotel by one that was full. Needed to travel out of way but grateful for the no Hassel check in. I don't understand why hotels with more than 1 st floor do not have elevators. Lugging luggage up any stairs...

My husband and brother stayed here for two nights. The hotel was very clean & the staff were very friendly. My only compliant would be that we were up on the second floor even though there were not many people staying here. We mentioned that the rest of our family that was staying here was on the first floor and...
