This was my third stay at the Alpine Lodge. Each visit has been wonderful. We finally got the opportunity to try the wood fired pizza, which is amazing! The atrium pool area and hot tub were great as always. And the hot breakfast tasted wonderful. I had a couple helpings of the potatoes ;-) Our room was clean and comfortable....

Here's the good! Good price. Good service. Good location. Good pool area and hot tub wit sauna. Heres the bad. The building is in serious need of upgrade. The stairwells were dirty. Our room is noisy with snowmobiles running close by later well after dark. Hard to sleep. Outdoor sidewalks are not maintained, difficult for handicapped. Would I go back?...

We would to have you back. The hotel is recently under new ownership and we are working very hard on renovations. We are very sorry about the sidewalks we do have them all cleaned now and are so sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to see again.

Room 121. Had to have the heat blasting at 86 all night. Finagled the curtain to cover the door, because the draft was so bad. Dead bolt doesn't work. Bed frame made of 2x6 wood. Not near enough plugs in the room, lamp didn't work. Went for breakfast at 9:30, nothing left. Only thing my husband could say was "Never...

I think there are enough user submitted photos on tripadvisor to see that this is an older property in need of an overhaul/updating. The rooms are generally cleanish, but there's only so much staff can do with what they've got. If that's a concern, you may want to skip the Alpine and consider staying at the Hampton or Holiday Inn...

The long and short of it all: Don't expect anything more than a remodeled "has been" Hotel. The rates are competitive and the location provides easy acess to the snowmobile trails. The outside rooms offer easy access to your sleds and gear which is cool. While I get it that there were not a lot of people staying there durning...

We read the reviews and they were a little harsh. Great access to snowmobile trails was top priority for us. Room was spacious, clean enough, bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Could hear karaoke and the piano in the recreational area, but it lent a festive air to the atmosphere considering it was new years eve. The fan setting...

Stayed here twice on 2 separate occasions while visiting family in the area. Rooms are decent, staff was friendly and prices are good. Has a good breakfast buffet and some really good wood fire pizza. Needs some updating but nothing that has our family running to find another place to stay. Kids really enjoy the pool while we enjoy the...

Person at front desk is rude, bed is like sleeping on bricks, television doesn't work, walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone's conversation, like they are in the room with you. Suppose to be here 3 nights, but I'm leaving after one. Can't do another night.
