We stayed at T&P this past weekend, while in Detroit for the International (Half) Marathon. Perks of this hotel over the 'official' ones you'll see listed on the freep website: 1. Free parking! This is a huge (yuuuge?) savings!! 2. Not directly downtown, so you won't be blocked in after the race. 3. A mile from the start line. You...

Cool new place in Corktown. Very short walk to many cool places to eat or drink. Room was adequate sized and very comfortable. Beds were great. Staff were awesome. They allowed us to stay late on our checkout date. 10- 15 minute easy walk to Ford Field or Comerica. I would/will stay again.

Stayed here for the Detroit Marathon weekend. The hotel is clean and just as the photos depict. A very cool and hip vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is less than a mile from the civic center and People Mover. The rooms are a bit noisy at night, however. Bring earplugs if stray nighttime noise bothers you....

Stayed there while my son was in a tournament at Cobo. Nice room, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The only problem was that we had booked two beds and our reservation somehow got switched to a single king, with no doubles available. The staff gave us bedding for the couch, so all was OK.

I stayed here for the Tour De Troit. The hotel staff was very accommodating and even granted us a late check-out so we could shower after the event. We stored our bikes in the room and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Thanks to the layout of the floor, it hall noise was...

We stayed for a wedding the staff was very friendly. They had a little bar and a snack room which our family enjoyed. The rooms were very clean. They are still renovating the first two floors so don't be alarmed by the construction.

It's still technically under construction but the guy at the front desk was great!! In cork town (which I had no idea what that was until we stayed there. Just a few blocks and within walking distance from Michigan ave where Slo's and other fine eats are. There is a great brewery place to eat with freakin' delectable sandwiches and...

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff we interacted with were friendly and warm, other guests were friendly as well. The hotel itself was gorgeous too. The rooms were like stepping into an Urban Outfitters catalog, adorably hipster with lots of cement, woven carpets, and tons of attention to small details. Also, the bed was ridiculously comfortable and our room...
