I am out of town by myself for a business trip and caught the flu bug while traveling and these people and staff here have shown me an extraordinary level of care. They have brought me multiple deliveries of tea and vernors and water without me asking and have checked on me multiple times. Truly I am so thankful for...

I'll start with the bad: Upon arrival, valet parking was a complete debacle. There was a total lack of direction from staff and it was extremely disorganized. Upon taking the elevator up to the lobby from the valet station, I was greeted with an immediate blast in the face of full force vomit smell. I'm not sure if the carpet...

Thank you Mr. Creamer for picking a beautiful view for us. We had an amazing stay. Will come again! Wonderful customer service. The hotel was busy with a dance competition but our room was quiet. Easy access to the people mover.

I travel quite a bit and I want to like this hotel more, as the room was nice and probably recently updated. Room was not big, but adequate in size, the bathroom was good and clean. But there were several concerns that lowers my impression. The front desk service was slow, and it was not busy. Not sure why it...

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear you found your room to be nice and enjoyed the views of the Detroit River. The Ren Cen is definitely sprawling and sometimes hard to navigate but we like to think it is part of our charm. We are sorry to hear you experienced some...

I honestly don't know where to begin. I was in Detroit for a teaching conference (we arrived yesterday) with all of the teachers from my school (MACUL) and we were staying one night. We arrived to check in and had to wait for an hour and a half to even get to the front counter. Once I was able to...

Stayed here for a Red Wings game. One night standard room king bed cost me about $280 bucks out the door. The hotel itself is pretty average in terms of room quality. The room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. As another reviewer pointed out, my TV randomly turned on in the middle of the night (very strange). The...

Super friendly and very accommodating staff! Great rooms with amazing views of Detroit River and city of Windsor. Plenty of parking next door and cheaper than valet. Stayed for 2 nights as part of company conference. The hotel has been redone and in very good condition. Room updated and comfortable. Worked well as a conference location. However the hotel does not invite access to the street level, it's tough to navigate through GM Center at first. You feel a bit isolated even though it's middle of city....
