We spent 3 nights at the Metropol,it was pure bliss, the room was spacious and well decked out,the view was absolutely fantastic looking over the pools to the river and parkland, there is a sliding screen to the bathroom that when opened allows you to take in the view whilst showering.Beds were very plush and comfortable.Being part of the Crown complex there...

Very very nice luxury hotel. Superb views, excellent food venues, professional staff. What else could you ask for? Excellent place to stay while you are in Perth, or even just for a romantic night away from the house. Perfect.

My partner and I spent a night at the Crown Metropole in Perth before catching a flight to Broome. The hotel is located only 15 minutes from the airport and has all the facilities needed for a good break—swimming pools, gym, lots of bars and restaurants, a theatre, play park, and, of course, a casino. All went well except for...

My last few visits this month have been at the Crown Towers. This time around I was booked into the Metropol. I won't lie to you. I was a bit disappointed when I found out after the amazing experience in Crown Towers.....let me tell you that was definitely misplaced. The Metropol is beautiful. The renovation of the previous Burswood has...

Visited here on a casual basis and disappointed. Fumes from cigarettes awful; at many of the entrances which was a surprise because OH&S does specify a distance from a building which the person needs to be when partaking of a cigarette. So, will not be returning in a hurry; there are plenty of other places close by to meet friends.

Metropol still has the lure and luxury that it's always had, and fortunately hasn't been overshadowed, too much, by Towers. Our room was generous enough for a comfortable stay with a decent lounge and desk. The bed leaves a lot to be desired with a very firm mattress and ridiculously soft pillows, that don't offer too much support. No pillow...

The signage is abysmal. We first went to Crown Towers unloaded the car, went to check-in realised we were at the wrong hotel (it's next door), re-loaded the car, drove next door and repeated the process. Once that debacle was over, most everything else was fantastic. Well until breakfast. The rooms are excellent although not much of a view. Otherwise,...

Dear NotFredFlinstone, Thank you for sharing your review. Firstly, I was sorry to hear that your arrival experience was confusing. With three hotels, I understand it can be slightly tricky to navigate. I was also disappointed to hear that there was an issue with your breakfast inclusion. I am not sure if you spoke to a manager during your stay;...

Myself and Family stayed here Christmas last year, really nice hotel and probably the best of what has to be said a very poor choice of five star hotels in Perth. This complex which includes an on-site casino has some very nice Restaurants including a great Chinese and Steak Restaurant. It's a great breakfast buffet with plenty of choices, great...
