Located 5 minutes from Williamstown, this B&B was great for sightseeing. It's basically a 2-bedroom house, so if you are renting only one room keep in mind that it may not be very private. Everything is very clean with a "country" feeling. The breakfast consists of coffee, yogurt, orange juice and delicious home-made lemon cake - a great start to...

Upstairs rooms in old houses can be tricky in changeable weather - too hot one minute, too cold the next. Please, do let us know next time, we'll get the sleeping temp in the comfort zone for you!

We loved this charming farm house, a short drive south of Williamstown. Our hostess was delightful and helpful with suggestions. The guest area is very private, a wing off the main house, and has a mini-kitchen, lovely dining area, comfortable bedrooms and baths. All the breakfast fixings are provided, and we helped ourselves when ready. Each morning our hostess left...

An opportunity for an old country house experience. Reminded at lot of our great aunts farmhouse. Room 2 has its own bath which is a plus as the other room had to use a downstairs bath. Host was charming, made us feel at home and basically left everyone to do their own thing, make our own coffee but fresh breads...

I did a creak test and wow! Lots of creaks. I'm so sorry, I did not realize it. The creaks have been tamed in both of our beds, thank you very much for letting me know!

This B&B was a whole cottage! Our last stop on a 2 week holiday travelling New England and we certainly felt we'd ended on a high note! We were the only guests which meant the luxury of the whole cottage to ourselves in the wonderful Room 2 with its amazing separate bathroom facilities. The well stocked fridge and equipped kitchen...

Ingalls is a working dairy farm and the house is a very old farm house. But don't be turned off by the old house. Inside it is a very nicely decorated and renovated step back in time, as nice as any bed and breakfast can be. Once you check in you are on your own. There is a kitchen, but...

Just as promised (www.ingallscrossing.com). A very comfortable, extremely clean and surprisingly economical choice in the Williamstown area.

We generally prefer a hotel to a B and B because we like our privacy, but when we decided to make a last minute trip to the Berkshires on Columbus Day weekend we found few vacancies prior to our trip. We found Ingalls Crossing here on TA, viewed the property's website and decided to give it a try. We are...

I saw Ingalls Crossing Farm bed &breakfast on the web site of the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture resources, which contains a link to the Ingalls Crossing's own web site. The beautiful pictures on the web site grabbed my attention immediately and I booked a two night stay over the labor day weekend. When I was little I used to stay...

“Room 2 is the best with its enormous adjoining bathroom. Room 1 has sole use of a downstairs bathroom but this means walking through shared living space. Could be awkward if you don't know your fellow guests.”
