This is my third stay over the past year at the Williams Inn. I liked the hotel from my first visit, but I have to say that I have been even more impressed at each subsequent visit. The front desk staff are unfailingly polite, efficient and helpful, while the rooms are always in immaculate condition. I find that the rooms...

The place was clean but there was a noticable "musty/musky" scent throughout the building. It needs severe upgrading, although I was told they'll be building a new facility and closing this one. The furniture and door jams exhibited large "chips and scratches" indicating the place has been well used..."rode hard and put up wet". The cost was about $150/night. Breakfast...

Convenient stay when visiting Williams college. Admissions office a quick walk from hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Inn is on the expensive side though when compared to other b&b's in the area but location can't be beat. Tavern at inn was pleasant for late dinner and staff at inn were extremely friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed overnight for a class reunion. The Inn was very comfortable, and a lovely place to stay - close to Main st , Williamstown - easy walking distance to shops and bistros. We walked the area and it was very safe and very New England Berkshires. It was very near our reunion destination. The rooms was wonderfully decorated and...

Very pretty, New England charm inn. Much larger than I expected from online booking. There was a wedding reception in progress and other than seeing a few people taking pictures we were not bothered. We ordered drinks from the bar and sat in the spacious welcome area. Chatted with an employee who gave us a restaurant recommendation although the inn...

Anna, your comments are much appreciated and I think other travelers will get to know more about the Inn based on your feedback. With so many great restaurants within walking distance we do make many recommendations for people who want to experience more of the town while visiting. That said, I think you'll have a great time if you come...

The exterior is beautiful and stately, from a distance. The location is perfect. The staff is friendly. The food is good. The hotel is very run down, has an odor and is in need of some work and updating.

Stayed one night for a Wedding in the area. Décor was a bit dated, but everything was super clean. The free buffet breakfast was a nice bonus. We had to wait a while for a shuttle to bring us to our Wedding venue so it would have been nice if more outdoor seating was available in the front of the...

Since my daughter visited and was accepted at Williams College, The Williams Inn has been our preferred place to stay, keeping that old fashion style while providing a nice environment giving us peace during our stay. The surrounding areas, small markets around Spring St makes this one great place.
