We stayed here in Fall River to visit friends and it was our first stay at the hotel. We were greeted by Mark at the reception desk and he was very professional, helpful and the check in process was quick. Some other guest were I toxacated and loud. After 3 calls to the front desk nothing was even done. I could not sleep. The heating system was very loud and didon't work properly. They charged me for a night I didn't stay for.

The hotel was fantastic the staff was very helpful. The first room had a small bathroom issue and they quickly changed us to a new room. They could not apologies enough for the problem. This is a nice property. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of outlets for devices. The staff were super nice and attentive to the guest. Breakfast was ok. A little far from other eateries. All in though good place to stay.

Full size beds are too small very uncomfortable pool area too hot and pool water not heated enough still on the colder side breakfast variety could be improved the staff was nice easy access to highways the hotel could use a renovation but overall it will do the job. .

Our full beds are the standard size. We also have King beds available for your convenience. Our pool is heated to the standard temperature with a comfortable sitting area. Our complimentary hot and cold breakfast is our Hilton approved menu with a variety of choices as well. Thank you for your review and we hope you will return.

Rooms are noisy as heck on the top floor. Equipment on the roof makes noise all night. Only one family member got sleep. I would have demanded a new room but that would have disturbed their sleep. When we told the front desk - they said there wasn't much they could do about the noise? Oh yeah? Don't put people...

Clean and pleasant place to stay. Rooms are updated and I appreciated free parking and wifi. Staff really is pleasant, thoughtful and helpful. The free warm breakfast is a real plus. I stay her when I am visiting family in the area.

We needed a place to stay with our dog unexpectantly when we were bumped out of staying with family. The front desk attendant was excellent in accommodating our needs. Although close to the highway, our room was quiet overall. Excellent staff, very good value!
