Horrible place! Dirty bedding, found hair ball in bed ,even when asked to change, twice showed them dirty pillow cases not changed, just turned over same with bed spread. Place stunk smoke and musty. Drug room next door every night, stunk pot, men swearing obscenities all night, false advertising, pool too small, beach too far to walk Housekeepers gave dirty looks every time seeing them after complaints. .Beds very uncomfortable lumpy, no cleaning or dusting. worst toilet paper Don't waste your money, wasn't worth the $1,000 for this dump! Tv and pool tiny, shower terrible too!

Every fall, my DH and I travel to the Cape for a quick golf weekend getaway. We play at Highland Links in Truro, but like to stay around Dennis for a central location. We've stayed at GuestLodge for several years and have been very happy with the location, the cleanliness and the nice owner. It's just an overnight for us so we don't want to spend a lot on a room. The Lodge does have a pool (which is closed when we are there) for summer use. If you are looking for inexpensive, clean lodging with a good location, i would recommend GuestLodge. Plus, there is plenty of parking!

Room Tip: Rooms on the second floor in back are the quietest.

We stayed only one night at this hotel but we were very impressed with the cleanliness and accommodations. It was a basic hotel room with no frills but it was perfect for the reasonable price we paid. We will definitely stay here again and spread the word

Stayed a couple weeks ago. This is a two-level motel (stairs only to upper floor, where I stayed). Room was very clean. Nice and quiet considering it's on Rte 28 which sometimes carries a lot of traffic. Walking distance to a couple of beaches as well as to restaurants and some shopping. Overall a great deal, well worth it!

This is an older two story motel. The room was sparse, but did have a refrigerator. Television was small and volume limited, so we could not really watch it and hear it if the air conditioner was running. Cable box hanging off the top with cords running down the wall to an extension cord made for a less than professional appearance. Desk lamp was missing a bulb and a final to hold the lamp shade on, although the staff brought us a bulb immediately after we notified him. The room had a bit of an odor when first entering, but was clean. Minor spots where paint and wallpaper was peeling, but nothing awful. The king bed was ok, but probably time for a new mattress as it was a bit lumpy in spots and not the most comfortable. Bathroom was @ bit small, but clean, and the sink was outside the bathroom with made it easier for two people to get ready. The room is very basic, but adequate for a place to to sleep and shower. Had a small table and two chairs. There is no coffee maker in the room. The ice machine is in the lobby which closes at 10 p.m. so get your ice early. Pool looked pretty nice and clean, although we didn’t use it. Motel is close to stores and restaurants. Not far from beaches. Parking is convenient in front of rooms, but be advised if your room is on second floor there is no elevator, only an outside stairway. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodations, especially considering the rate for this area. We would probably stay here again, but might consider upgrading a bit to another place if the rate was reasonable.
