Very well furnished, good beds, quality appliances and great owners. We loved the private back yard so much that we felt right at home. Everything was very clean and just had that Cape Cod look that is desirable. We would go back to Breezy Knoll the next time we go the cape.

I love these cottages. We have stayed here for 4 years in a row and we look forward to it every year. These cottages are right on route 28 but when you pull up into the driveway you feel like you are in such a peaceful quiet place. There is a kitchen which is nice to have and there is plenty of room in the cottages. I love it here and can't wait until next year!

We booked the Penthouse at the end of May 2014. The accommodation was excellent value and very clean. Penny and Bob are great people and booking was simple and uncomplicated plus they were always glad to help with advice on the area. The free wifi was very much appreciated. This set of cottages and the Penthouse deserve to be much more widely known about. If you are coming to the Cape, don't go anywhere else - you won't regret it.

They are not the fanciest cottages in the world but they are definitely a great place to stay on the Cape and they are very neat and clean. We go every year and we just love it there. They are right on Rte. 28 but once you drive up the driveway you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. So peaceful and quiet and Penny and Bob are such nice people. The cottages are really close to the beach (it's right around the corner) and they have a full kitchen which is really nice if you like to have breakfast or lunch in the cottage. We look forward to it every year!!

the owners, penny and bob, were excellent.the cottage was clean and bright with plenty of room... the area was quiet and centrally located to all beaches and shopping. there is a pub/bar and a beautiful marina accross the street. we enjoyed ourselve so much. we just booked another week for this year.
