My first time at a Bed & Breakfast, and now I'm spoiled! There doesn't seem to be anything that Margot, the host, hasn't thought of to make your stay comfortable. It's all the little details that really make the difference. The rooms are sweet (we stayed in a different one each time) and it's so homey, and quiet. I love...

This is a real nice quaint bed and breakfast conveniently located just above the bustling Wellesley Hills business district, a real convenient location to shop, take the train to Boston, run, or otherwise have a good time. Inn keeper Margot is an awesome hostess attending to your needs and going out of her way to serve you well. The house...

Pros: The room was nice. The location is great. The breakfast was really delicious. Cons: This is not really a warm and welcoming bed and breakfast. The guests only have access to a bedroom and not to a living room or dining room area. Also, I was asked if I wanted to pay a 20% gratuity when I check in.

Dear Guest, As you know, I swipe credit cards with a square. You are provided a screen to select various gratuity levels inclusive of a "no tip" option. This is helpful for business travelers who prefer to have every expense posted on a credit card receipt. Often a guest prefers to leave a cash gratuity in the room at the...

Perfect room and wonderful food! Margot accommodated my dietary needs and unusual schedule! I am a vegetarian and very health conscious. She served organic berries and plain Greek yogurt with home baked goods! I really enjoyed the quiet room and healthy food!

I enjoyed my room tremendously for five nights. Thanks to Margot, I had a spotless clean room, well-equipped with amenities and generous in space. I also found to love the surroundings. Felt close to nature as the area is lush with greenery. Yet it is well endowed with shops and restaurants. And what's best is the commuter rail station is...

There were definitely great aspects about our stay, that made the experience for me and my beau worthwhile. Our room was incredibly clean, the food offered was delicious, the other room's tenants were as quiet as mice, the hall bathroom was luxuriously big and nice, the neighborhood is safe (just like the town, itself), the B & B is close...

The B&B is clean and neat. The food prep person is very accommodating for my special diet and I enjoyed the evening and morning very much. It was a convenient location, easy to fine and a lovely spot to stay. I especially liked the room as it was very chic decor and I felt very cozy and comfortable. The host...

The B&B is perfectly located near shopping, dining and transportation. It is very easy to find even without an App. Margot is very hospitable and will provide a delicious breakfast for those staying there. She is very knowledgable of places to see and local dining. The rooms are very comfortable and private. I would recommend this place for anyone seeking...

I have not even stayed at this Inn yet but I feel I need to warn other travelers. I booked a room on line for $150 a night. My credit card was taken, I agreed to all the terms, received an email confirmation number for the $150 a night. Then the Inn Keeper emailed me and said the price online...

Guest never visited Wellesley Bed and Breakfast. She found outdated pricing online which was not confirmed. Guest agreed to the correct price. Guest then cancelled reservation request last minute without the 7 day notice required by Massachusetts law. Again, NO fee was charged to any credit card.
