Stayed in room #68 which was the size of a walk-in closet. Killed 3 bugs in room during the week stay and bath linens were like fine sand paper. We called before to advise we would be traveling with a emotional support dog. After two calls and no return of the calls we brought our paper work with us. On... More

This place is a dump. A dump right out of the 1940's. The rooms are very small, and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. The whole building is musty and has mold all over the place. The location is not bad. The owner of this place is not nice. She must have money, because she will let you know quickly... More

We enjoyed our stay here for 2 weeks. Our first week we had a good view of the park and our 2nd week we had a small room both on ground floor. The facilities were just fine and we like the parking lot just in front of the place and very closed to shops, restaurants.

The other reviews have it pretty straight. Small rooms but clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the other guests in the Communal cooking and dining room and got several good tips. The staff treated us quite well.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are average. It is located in the downtown, just off Main street and everything is very walkable including shops, dining and bike and kayak rentals. The biggest drawback is that there are no ocean views from any of the rooms. The only ocean view is from the roof-top deck which is minimal. It... More

My sister and I just spent a week at Harbor Landing (timeshare exchange). There are pros and cons to staying in this hotel. Like a lot of things on Martha's Vineyard, the building is older, smaller rooms, narrow hallways and showing its age. The deck was nice but didn't have a good view of the harbor (you can barely see... More

Where do I start. We booked for a 1 week anniversary stay. We thought with the availability of a kitchen area we could save a little on breakfast and some lunches. The front desk clerk was rude, unkempt, and mean, never a smile or a welcome. When we arrived she couldn't find our reservations and once she did she stated "... More

If you want to experience Martha's Vineyard without emptying your wallet This is the place. The room, though not 5 star and clean and comfortable enough. Vickie, the manager and the staff are friendly and helpful. But, more importantly it's the location. In the heart of Vineyard Haven with easy access to Oaks B luff and other island locations. This... This hotel is an old motor inn, but it's in terrific shape, the place is very clean, and you can tell it's very well run. I recommend this heartily. There's a community kitchen if you would like to cook right there, but there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Also, it's only a 5 minute walk to the Ferry.... More

I agree with the one star reviews of this property and opinions about the front office staff. I gave an extra point because the room was clean despite being in desperate need of renovations . The room had chipped paint all around the window sills ( a/c unit in window and noisy) walls and bathroom. The property is old, dark... More
