We decided to stay two nights at the Red Lion Inn which was going all out to celebrate Valentine's Day. It was a great success for us, We had a lovely and very comfortable well appointed room. On the first night, wine and chocolates were delivered. Breakfast on Valentine's day was enormous and delicious, as was the celebratory dinner in...

Took my husband for his birthday, along with another couple who had never stayed at the inn. We had a great time. We investigated the halls, and enjoyed looking at all pictures, curio cabinets, and of course the fire place. They had a fantastic time. The king bed deluxe rooms were wonderful. You can never go wrong with any room...

My wife and I have been visiting TRLI for seven years now...every January we make the trek up to the very picturesque Stockbridge for what is supposed to be a nice little "break" from the holiday madness. We typically travel with a few other family members and friends, resulting in a really nice and comfortable group of people. Some of...

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! As I conveyed in our previous communication, we strive to provide our guests with experiences as unique as The Red Lion Inn itself; as such, we have re-structured our package offerings. Last year the Weekend Package was $735.00 for double occupancy and included two nights’ accommodations, breakfast both mornings, one dinner, taxes,...

We decided to stay at the Red Lion Inn instead of going to the casino. Figured it would be more of an enjoyable overnight stay. We were wrong!! The only thing good about our visit was the band that played that night in the Lion's Den. The room was disgusting! There were black hairs all over the white comforter, the...

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I was so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the band that was playing in our Lion’s Den during your stay with us. It’s one of our most popular amenities & there’s never a cover charge for our nightly entertainment! However, I am disappointed in regards to the way...

I know what you're thinking. The rooms will be old and creaky and musty. I thought the same thing, too, especially since my asthma was flaring. But the sharp folks in Reservations steered me towards Maple Glen and I couldn't have been happier there. The rooms are new and fresh, but the shared space loses none of the Inn's old...

We decided at the last minute to go to the Red Lion Inn for New Year's Day and stay over 2nights. Another couple and their daughters decided to join us. The inn is great. We've been here before and really enjoy coming back. All 6 of us had dinner the first night in the main dining room and it was...

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback about your recent stay. I’m so happy to hear that you & your friends & family enjoyed your time with us on New Year’s Day! The dining room is beautiful. The piano is very pleasent but the guests who gather around it can be loud and distracting. The food is good , not much variety and comes with a very large price tag. It's an ok place to stop in.

It's a beautiful old hotel that's been there for a long time. The porch is a popular place to have a drink and people watch during the warm weather. There's a formal restaurant on the main floor, a hotel and a separate Tavern downstairs that offers lighter fare and nightly music. It has been nearly twenty years since i'd been...

Thank you for taking the time to share your dining experience. The grand, old-fashioned Main Dining Room is located off of the lobby on the main level, next to the more casual and rustic Widow Bingham’s Tavern. During the nicer weather, we also offer our outdoor dining venue, the flower-filled Courtyard. The Lion’s Den is our pub, located downstairs, which...

The Red Lion Inn is a beautiful place. I always enjoy going for my birthday. The rooms are always well decorated and the lobby ambassador is the cute and wonderful Simon, who has now retired. At my last stay, they upgraded us to a beautiful room with two queen beds with paintings of Martha and George Washington over the beds....

We stayed at the Inn between Christmas and New Years. The staff was nice. The rooms were charming. It reminded me of an old inn in the English country side only larger. When I left the room, I accidentally left behind a brand new very expensive nightgown on the top of the bed. As soon as I arrived at my...

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am so sorry to hear that your nightgown is missing. We have a Lost & Found system in place, with several checks and balances to ensure that the items left behind reach their proper owner. Once you had reported it missing, we had several team members thoroughly check the room in which...
