wonderful hotel it was very clean and quiet staff was pleasant and helpful, the swimming pool is beautiful inside as well as the huge pool outdoors ,breakfast room looked nice except being closed do to covid there are lots of good restaurants around and shopping ,nice beaches also for summer time
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The loud music at the pool and the naked girls in the pool at night were ridiculous. The manager refused to take any responsibility when we told her we were cutting our visit short. This altercation took place on 9/7 at approx 10:30 am. She was totally unprofessional and shouted obscenities to us as we walked out the door. What kind of manager does this? The owner of this hotel should establish a higher standard for their staff, especially managers. Shame on you.
We needed a last-minute Labor Day place to stay, and the All Seasons was available at a fair price given the weekend. The webpage and the check-in staff were very clear (and apologetic) for the many amenities they couldn't provide because of the pandemic. The pool was open and people were having a great time. It was warm and clean, and almost back to normal. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable, perhaps a bit heavy on the deodorizer smell, but we aired it out nicely. The standard motel below window air conditioner was effective but typically noisy. Someday I hope motels can find a quieter solution. Because the hotel was full, there was a lot of child noise outside, and the family above us did a lot of thudding around, but not really the motel's fault. No really rowdy parties, and it quieted down after 10pm as the kids headed to bed. Because the motel couldn't offer buffet breakfast, they gave us a small bag with water and some granola bars, but pretty meager. I've stayed at some lodgings this summer that provided a generous bag of breakfast goodies, including OJ, muffins and yogurts, so I think the All Seasons could have been a bit more creative, but nothing a quick trip to the nearby McDonalds couldn't solve. So in short, we had a pleasant if slightly noisy stay, and were ready for a day of beach fun the next morning. Obviously I'd prefer to stay at a more seaside resort, and under better circumstances, but the All Seasons did a perfectly decent job. …
We booked the All Seasons resort last minute with very few options left, so we set our expectations low thinking that this hotel may have been available for a reason, but we were pleasantly surprised in every way when we arrived! We were very impressed with both women who greeted us at the front desk. Extremely professional, accommodating, friendly, and really everything someone in the hospitality business should be. The hotel itself was pretty nice with both an indoor and outdoor pool, playground for the kids, and nice areas to congregate, relax, bbq, and more. Our room was nicely equipped, spacious enough, and cleanliness met our expectations. We were really surprised how much we enjoyed the place and noted that we will make it a point to stay here again. We really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools on a Holiday weekend. The lack of breakfast due to Covid was unfortunate and though we were given a “goody bag” upon arrival it only consisted of two water bottles, two granola bars and a small bag of cookies for 4 people over two days. I asked for another bag and was told only one per check in regardless of how many days we were there. I’ve stayed at chain hotels giving bagged breakfasts that were far superior. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay in a good central location close to many activities, restaurants and beaches were a short ride too. We would gladly come back and hopefully the breakfast will be back soon. Also the is an excellent ice cream place next door just a quick walk over for a delicious snack. The pools were definitely the highlight for my kids as they have both shallow areas and deep areas for jumping in. Give them a shot, I think you will be pleased.…
