Location is great for where I need to on the Cape. Rooms are nice; good lighting, nice beds and spacious but walls are really thin, glad we weren't there when the hotel was crowded. Breakfast was pretty good and like that they rotate the breakfast offerings (we stayed for a few days). Friendly staff members, which is always a plus. Besides the thin walls and potential noise, the pool was very cold!! please warm up more if possible, thanks.

The facility is very clean, including the rooms. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. It was a group of 10 people and a gentleman allowed us to all sit in an area to enjoy each other's company. My family and I will definitely be back.

I had two issues but they were resolved immediately to my satisfaction. Staff is extremely personable and accommodating but the property is in need of major renovations . The rooms are outdated and have an awkward smell as the carpet needs to be replaced. However, for the price I felt it was a sufficient compromise .

Mr. Patel welcomed us warmly at check in. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the proximity to many beaches, restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean and adequate, although beds could be nicer. TV was older model with DirectTV.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. Staff was super friendly. Pool area was clean and well kept. Our shower was a little dirty and the mattress could definetly use an upgrade, but all in all - it's a great place to stay! Great Value!
