Well maintained property. Manager couple was all over to make our stay enjoyable. Good breakfast served well. Property is well maintained, fresh flowers arranged in the B and B. Ample parking. No hesitation to recommnend this B and B if you are going to Hyannis.

We stayed 4 nights at Captain Farris at the end of our tour of New England and wished we had longer there. I agree with other reviews that there isn't much to do in South Yarmouth itself but beautiful beaches, good restaurants and shops are only a short drive away. The house is just one block away from the lovely...

This was my our first time visiting the CFH. What a tremendous surprise and fantastic experience. We stayed in the White suite which is located on the entire second flr of the Carriage house. Very roomy, very romantic and an elevated rear deck that overlooks the garden. Carol was outstanding as the caretaker of this top notch B and B....

My wife and I stayed in the Phoebe White room for one night in July. Although there is typically a 3-night minimum, we happened to find one night where there wasn't any availability before or after, and therefore we could only stay one night. We met Carol at check-in and she gave us a quick tour of the property. She...

I do not tend to write reviews but our stay at Captain Ferris made me want to tell all readers that this is an amazing B&B. Let's start with the home, the grounds and the rooms. Elegantly decorated, amazingly clean and absolutely inviting. The entrance was so welcoming that you immediately felt like you were not visiting but at home....

My husband and I went here on our first wedding anniversary. The home was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area again.

I wish we lived closer, this would be our go-to vacation spot simply because of this B&B!! New owners, Jeff and Carol, have made this a visitor's home away from home. Incredible breakfasts, wonderful, comfortable rooms (amazing bed linens, mattresses and pillows!!) and even evening offerings of port, sherry or liqueur! Free parking in rear of building, walkable to restaurants...

Our room had a door onto the porch so we had a nice place to sit out and enjoy the weather. Breakfasts were delicious, the staff was pleasant and the owners were very gracious. They were very helpful with restaurant recommendations.
