Beeing close to everything ( Davis square'T train, Harvard) this B&B offers nice comfortable rooms with continental breakfast .
As it's close to Harvard most people prefer to stay here & enjoy the family warm hospitality & better rate than any Cambride hotel can offer.

Unless they expect to get additional charges (and we don't, since everything is included), most B&Bs and Hotels these days collect upon arrival, or even in advance. We prefer to collect on arrival because it eliminates the problem of the guest needing to track us...More

Unfortunately we were having issues with the phone lines which connect to the alarm system, and the alarm did go off that evening. Not the full-blown fire alarm, but the "beep beep" alarm that warns that the connection to the monitoring company has been compromised....More
