We've stayed at BB about 3 times, 1 time was ok with the next 2 times being not good at all. To make a long story short, we were put on a site that was occupied with a boat that was the next sites. When we went back to the office about an hour later it was moved only to...

This campground was dirty and not very well spaced at all. The sites were smashed together as tight as possible and you had a clear view of your neighbor's site about 2 feet away. The site in general was a mess and the fire pit had old trash and cigarettes in it from who knows when. The dumpsters which were...

We been traveling up the East Coast from FL - stopping at several campgrounds the previous week. And we were looking forward to seeing some of our family in the Boston Area. And the beach and seafood was nearby. The office is good and the staff registered us with out a problem. Then we drove to our site in the...

My Husband an I had another great stay at Black Bear this past weekend, the place was packed with few sites available. Their were lots of children playing in the playground, pool, and riding bikes all having a great time. If you are looking for some great family time, clean cozy camp site then Black Bear is the place to...

We had some unexpected delays on our lengthy road trip, so called the office in early evening to check in. Unfortunately they advised that the office closed at 9pm, and there would be no one to man the electronic gate. We were out of luck and had to spend the night in a parking lot. The office didn't open til...

We camped for 2 nights driving from FL to visit my nephew and family. His son is in the military and was returning to base that evening. They came to pick us up and see our Class A and we're not allowed in unless they paid $40. The girl the desk was downright rude! I find this excessive & disrespectful....

My Husband an I stayed here several different times last summer & plan to stay again in the next few weeks. The sites are small, close together but clean. Each morning staff come around clean. The campground is close to the beaches, stores and restaurants, you can't beat it for the price! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone...

Their is all kinds of things for the kids to do know matter what age they...

Apparently, this is a campsite owned by older people that have not camped much! The trailer sites are very cramped and I was very dismayed when I saw the conditions of the tent sites. Some picnic tables are nice, newly constructed, but the majority were splitting. I think the pools were nice...only 4' deep, but no one went there to...
