Spent a couple of nights at this lovely B & B in early September. The Innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. The room I booked was the smallest at the Inn but it was perfect for one. It had everything I needed, was clean and well-lit. The B & B was close to town and the beach...

We stayed for 3 nights in Dorothy's deck. Gorgeous room with it's own private deck. We were at the start of a 3 week trip so had lots of luggage but easily accommodated in the room. It is only a short stroll into Rockport and an easy drive along the coast to several other beautiful places. Best thing about our...

We stayed four nights in room #6. We loved the bed as it was firm and supportive. You can hear traffic unless the AC unit is running, so we used it and slept great! Everything is spotless and the hosts are very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts are extraordinary and quite filling! We only needed to eat one other meal...

The place is very quiet, clean and walking distance to 'downtown' Rockport. We enjoyed the pool on site and the beach. The breakfasts were unbelievable, healthy and tasty food, including good coffee, fruit, smooties, etc

We came up for a brief getaway from the big city and all of the big city problems. And we found respite in this lovely inn. We managed to book the last available room for our August stay when I called a few months earlier and spoke with Jim. Our hosts Debbie and Nick could not have been more welcoming...

Immaculately clean, My husband and I did not have a reservation when we drove to the coast on a whim 2 weeks ago. We were driving by and the Inn immediately caught our eye. We were in luck - it had a vacancy sign and 1 beautiful, cozy, romantic room left. The Innkeepers are amazing- gracious, welcoming and the Inn...

My boyfriend and I decided to visit Rockport after having seen that it was supposed to be a great little beach town. We found this bed and breakfast after searching extensively. The owners were extremely sweet and the breakfast was fantastic. I was a little nervous about a bunch of the guests being seated at one dining room table, but...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Seven South Street Inn is more than just a Massachusetts Bed and Breakfast. We are one of Massachusetts' best Bed and Breakfasts. When you're with us, you will get the best of both worlds: You'll feel as comfortable as you do at home, while at the same time our attention, first-rate cooking and cozy accommodations will make you feel like you've woken up into the best kind of dream imaginable. When you stay with us, you will be enveloped by our warm, friendly atmosphere. Our grounds are quiet private – there is always a little nook in which to curl up with someone you love, or to spend some quality "you time" with a good book. For relief from the heat of summer, we offer a swimming pool, and if you want to venture away from our grounds during your stay in Massachusetts, we would be happy to make a reservation for you for one of the many car and boat tours available in the area as well as other activities. ... more   less
