We had a family room which was spacious, clean, well appointed and the linen fresh. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. The bathroom, oh the bathroom, renovated and clean. The shower has no door or shower curtain. My guess is a university graduate with no real world experience or knowledge. There's a plastic bathroom suction mat so you don't slip on the wet floor. Our room was at the end of the building where there are three rooms vying for one parking space.

Recommend staying here, great location and quite a good feel about the place.
Bed was comfy, bathroom facilities were good.
The pool appeared inviting, but there was no time to enjoy it.
Had no interaction with staff, although no trouble checking in or out.

We travelled to Hervey Bay to visit Fraser Island and wanted somewhere "cheap and cheerful" for one night. We booked this motel and had a very pleasant surprise. As we had travelled by train the bus dropped us at the terminal and the motel was only a 10 minute walk away. The reception staff were very helpful, both when we arrived and next morning and the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. For $18 per head we ordered the big breakfast and it certainly lived up to its name, in fact we could have shared it.
The motel was within a 5 minute walk to the RSL and we caught the courtesy bus back.
We would not hesitate to stay at this accommodation again.

We received a warm greeting from reception staff, easy check in process including vouchers for discounted meals and a free drink at the local RSL.
Room is very clean, refurbished and spacious and has the added bonus of a kitchenette with bar fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster & microwave.
Easy parking outside room and a pool in the complex which we didn’t get to utilise but will next time.
Great value room and we will return when next in Hervey Bay.

Close proximity to Harvey bay golf, shops, cafes and RSL club. Comfort Inn also give vouchers for meals at the golf course and RSL which is a nice perk. Very clean and updated room/bathroom. Rooms are clean daily. They also offer room service for breakfast, delicious. Spacious parking spaces, safe. Cindy (front desk) is very helpful and friendly. Thank you. We will be back.

Spacious, well equipped for basic self catering and very clean. Renovated and large bathrooms too. Whist simple it’s a very comfortable stay.
Location is also good - RSL (discount vouchers provided upon check in) and the Bay Tavern within walking distance as is the beach, supermarkets and other shops.
Can’t fault this one.

Everything here was really great! The only things that weren't great is that the shower had three walls so the water sprayed all over the floor after every shower making it very slippery. The second is that even though the walls are brick, you can hear what is going on the next rooms, which doesn't make for a peaceful early night or sleep in. Everything else was fine and it was lovely to get vouchers for the RSL.

The reception staff where very friendly check in was easy, parking was directly out side your apartment. Large room with a double and single bed, large fridge, tea and coffee making facility.
We only stayed for one night it was a comfortable clean room, nice shower room.

Very happy with my stay in this place, we were very welcome by the person in the reception, we arrived much early than the check in time, she received me very nice and happy.
room was super, location perfect to go around the city, and few minutes drive to the beach.

Great motel. Spacious room. Nice and clean. Centrally located. Discounts offered for the local RSL and Golf Club. Great communication by staff. Late check in was no problem. Easy parking. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Hervey Bay.
