The Provincetown Inn was so well suited for our stay. The room was nice and the staff was the best. The location was excellent. We would open the outside door in the morning to hear nothing but the sea and the gulls. Enchanting place.

A gem at the farthest point on the cape. A welcoming fire place in the lounge to imagine all the history and people that have traveled though the doors. Neat to watch the tide go from low to high. Breakfast being offered is a wonderful feature.

great room, very clean, great breakfast ,short walk to town and very relaxing listening to the waves at night. We walked on the beach daily and then to town for dinner. We loved having pizza watching the sun set over the ocean.

We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were average but clean. The view was outstanding. We rented bikes and we had a lot of fun getting around this way. We walked on the jetty that was right next to the resort. Great location!!

We had an excellent stay. Excellent complimentary breakfast each morning. Absolutely loved the New Years Eve reception. Third stay there and we will be visiting again in March. Room with the beach front and next to the fireplace. Can't wait!

Provincetown is a high-priced destination even in the off season. This Inn offers a clean room at a reasonable price for this town. Breakfast buffet is a nice option. Located right on the beach. Summer shuttle bus nearby. Location at the end of town is quiet yet walk able to most restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy staying here in the off...

What can I say Kathleen? Thank you so much for highlighting so much about PTown Inn. An important point at the start of your review relates to pricing. If compared to other facilities opened at that time of year, we are reasonably priced - but thank you anyhow. Glad you enjoyed your stay and all we had to offer AND,...

Hardly beachfront though it hints at this, tired, overpriced property that is still running full due to the lack of other short term rentals in the area. In the heart of Provincetown, but I won't miss the worn carpets, moldy smell, very basic room and bathroom, and unfriendly staff. Breakfast was average, and ample parking. But those are not good...

We knew it would be modest compared to other grander and newer hotels. It was a clean modest room with not-so-comfy beds. On the first floor, our back door opened to the ocean. That was a ten! You could savor the sound of waves lapping on the shore. The breakfast was good and sufficient.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend. The room was very small. We requested a first floor room due to disabilities and we were put on the 2nd floor. There isn't an elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. In our room there were bug traps on the floor by the head of our beds. The bathroom was...

Shirley, as you correctly stated this Hotel is "OLD", however, we do all that's possible to make each Guest's stay a good experience. I'm sorry to read that you had all these bad experiences. First and foremost, even though we remain open for the Winter only fifty of the one hundred and two rooms are available. And, depending on when...

We had been here many years ago for a conference and had fond memories. The hotel amenities in the rooms are nice, but not outstanding. Everything is clean and somewhat dated. The common space is what sets this place apart from everyone else. The long halls are covered in amazing wall murals depicting the early days of Provincetown. These paintings...
