Beautiful, clean, and very friendly owners!! Perfect location! Walking distance was great to downdown! Pet friendly for some of their rooms, not that we had any. Served a nice continental breakfast. Would definitely stay her again and recommend it highly!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our two night visit to the John Randall house during September. We found the accommodations to be clean, comfortable and convenient to everything in P'town. The continental breakfast started a bit later than we normally expect, but the coffee was hot and the pastries were very good. I believe that we would return to the...

I've been going to Ptown for over 20 years, and it was my first time staying here. The building is old but is upgraded well. The shared bathrooms have modern fixtures, and although on the small side, suited my needs. The rooms are on the small size (typical for guest houses in Ptown), but again, perfectly comfortable for a few...

Great place to stay. Centrally located; an easy walk to almost anywhere you want to go or a short bicycle ride yet quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and the staff was great. The continental breakfast was limited, but it was everything that you needed. I will be back soon.

This place was well located; quiet at night but very close to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. There is an airy porch to sit in and an outdoor seating area too.. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definately come back.

Having a bit of experience with Ptown, I booked at the John Randall House after some cursory research on reviews. I knew that we had to have off-street parking, which they have (and I'm grateful for it). What a pleasant experience from the start! Very friendly staff (Innkeeper Don is great). Close in to everything and only a block from...

Typically we rent a condo for a week in PTown in August, Last minute we decided to try and go for the long July 4th weekend, we found availability at the John Randall house for three nights and we were excited. We were very early upon arrival and they were welcoming since the room was ready, this was a pleasant...

Don was so generous and kind. Patrick awesome too. House fabulously located. Would love to return. Covered patio to eat breakfast such a treat. Even though there were other guests you hardly noticed. Wine in fridge nice touch. Tv at weird 90 degree angle from bed and therefore wasn't usable because of location. Minor detail.

This was my first time to Provincetown as well as my first stay in a bed and breakfast. I'm so glad I picked John Randall House for the experience. My boyfriend and I arrived early, and checking in before 2 was no problem. We stayed in room 1, and it was clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it...

Our stay was excellent at this B&B. We arrived on Friday evening believing our reservation was for Friday night-Sunday morning only to discover that we had booked Saturday night-Monday morning in error. Don was very gracious and switched our reservation around to accommodate as they had our room available. Our room was small but very comfortable after a day of...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
In the thick of downtown Provincetown, just one block off Commercial Street, The John Randall House delivers a boutique experience in the heart of Cape Cod. Part art gallery, part bed and breakfast, this Victorian-style inn features contemporary paintings by local and national artists alongside stylish furnishings. What really sets this hilltop inn apart is its newly installed outdoor deck with views of the tallest all-granite structure in the United States, the Provincetown Monument, which commemorates the history of the Mayflower Pilgrims. Each of the ten rooms is equipped with a queen bed, cable TV, a refrigerator, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Stroll down to the veranda in the morning for a continental breakfast of homemade baked goods, fresh seasonal fruit, hot and cold cereals, milk, and juices. (Twice a week, guests are treated to made-to-order waffles.) Once you've eaten your fill, head out to see Provincetown's finest features-what Lonely Planet describes as "untamed coastline and vast beaches" begging to be explored. ... more   less
