For my first visit to Provincetown and Cape Cod, I stayed at The Brass Key Guesthouse for a few days in early October. I was traveling alone, after visiting friends in Boston, and hoped for a luxurious but laid back place to stay and explore Provincetown and the surrounding bike trails and beaches. I was very, very pleased with all... More

Off season it was pleasant, the staff attentive and breakfast bar was plentiful with great selections. However a bit over priced and $15.50 for a cocktail at the bar was a bit much. This place is not but is not the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton!

Visited with a group of friends at the end of a two week holiday to the USA. The guest house was extremely comfortable, clean and the rooms tastefully decorated, not huge but I wasn't planning on spending that much time in the room when when we had use of the pool and hot tub as well as being in the... When it comes to hotels, I'm usually not much of a fan of old and quaint, generally preferring big, sleek and new. But I had to attend a wedding in Provincetown and this place was on the couple's list of recommended spots, so I decided to give it a shot. While the room was somewhat small and a bit cramped,... The guest house was extremely clean. The Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The guest house has a pool and hot tub which was nice to relax in after spending a day out in town. They have a wine and cheese gathering which is a great way to meet other guests that are visiting the guest house.

Stunning property close to everything you'll want to do in Provincetown. My husband and I traveled to Provincetown for our wedding. Our tiny room. We reserved the only type of room that was available, the standard queen (at $400 a night!) The room was minuscule and the bed less than comfortable. However, the great location, wonderful staff, ample breakfasts and fun cocktail hour made up for what the room lacked.

Thank you so much staying with us and for taking the time to write us a review on TripAdvisor. Provincetown’s scarce availability of space is a difficult challenge for innkeepers in town. The Brass Key is specifically comprised of converted homes from the eighteen hundreds; consequently, this impacts the structural size of our buildings. We provide several room levels starting...
