We like this place because of the many balconies, decks and porches. Just had our 3rd stay. Before and after busy days out, these nice spaces offer a place to be above the fray. Plus it's located a block or so off the busy area. Close enough to walk to fun, far enough for peace. Andy and Lenny are polite... More

The common bathrooms are poor in my opninion. Breakfast was oké, self service.May be the rooms On the second Floor are better. The rooftop terras was nice but there were no cushions on the sunchairs. The building Tisselt is nice and has a a prakingplace for free.

This was our third year in a row going to Provincetown. The place we usually stayed - The Center Street Inn - is no longer renting rooms. They recommended the Sunset Inn so that's where we stayed. Loved it here. Our room was clean and comfortable. A/C worked perfectly and there was also a nice large refrigerator in the room.... More

Andy & Lenny continue to be very hospitable - always making sure we have everything we need. It is always a pleasure to see the same people return year after year.......we have become friends over the years and enjoy... More

Adequate for a place to sleep - why the owners are in the hospitality business is beyond me... barely personable, continental bkfst & coffee are a joke. Would I stay there again - only if I had no other choice.

Our trip was sort of last minute so finding accommodations for the Labor Day weekend was a bit of a challenge. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown around the property and our room. Room was simple but clean and included a refrigerator which is important to me. Overall property is clean, well maintained and very functional. We had... More

I booked my trip kind of last minute to Provincetown this year and by the time I was ready most everything was booked. I found this place through friends that had already made a reservation. Thank god they had a room left. Not only did they have a room but they had one that was almost $1600 less then the... More

My partner and I stayed here from July 16-21. We had a room on the 2nd floor with its own bathroom. Room was nice and clean, had both an AC and ceiling fan; fridge in the closet was a plus; bathroom size was adequate. TV had good reception (did not have DVD player, though) and many channels to choose from.... More

Stayed for 2 weeks again at the newly refurbished Sunset Inn and again we weren't disappointed. The owners Andy and Lenny have worked so hard putting new hardwood flooring in and drapes giving each room a lovely finish. My partner and I got married this year in P'town and had our champagne reception back at the inn on one of... More
