Heritage House Hotel was really convenient, being literally 5 minutes walk from the Hyannis ferry port, which is one of the reasons I visited Cape Cod. I would stay here again for this reason. The hotel was ok, coffee only in the room which was a disappointment as I prefer tea. The reception staff did not inform me that I...

Lynn & Sarah treated me like family - even before I arrived! Between the airport and the ferry, I took a spill and injured myself enough to call and ask about clinic services in town. Not only did they give me the number of the local clinic, but offered to meet me at the ferry and ensured that there were...

We chose this based on the Trip Advisor ratings and found it a comfortable, friendly place to stay and plus, it offered off-road parking which is a necessity for being near Commercial Street. We spent the first night in the massive bedroom at the front (which has a lovely balcony perfect for reading, relaxing with a drink or having lunch...

We stayed for a week and had a great time. the room was comfortable. There was a great choice of foods for breakfast including fruits, various bread, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals and more. The living room and the upstairs balcony are very comfortable and enjoyable areas to get some peace and quiet or chat up the other guests or super...

I had the opportunity to stay at the Heritage House when Lynn and Sarah first opened the doors. I try to return a couple of times a year and I find it comforting that I will feel at home. The generous breakfast of muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee and more. Allow you to sit and chat with the hostesses and...

We have stayed at the Heritage House several times over the last 16 years, though it has been ten since our last visit. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, helpful as ever. They know the town well and make recommendations when asked. The four room guest house is sparkling clean at all times. Breakfast is continental. We enjoy the company...

What a wonderful place to stay, right off main street easy access to everything. Lynn and Sarah are wonderful hostesses. After a long day of traveling with multiple problems we arrived late and both Lynn and sarah carried our luggage to the room. I think they knew we were exausted. The morning muffins are to rave about. Lynn was always...

I stayed here one night and had a very enjoyable experience. The single room was exactly what iI was looking for and the owners were friendly and informative. The room and shared bath room were very clean and tidy. An overall lovely place to stay.

I rented for just one night, but Lynn was highly communicative and understanding with all my repetitive emails. Upon arrival, she gave me great info to get oriented and grab food and find an ATM. I stayed in the smaller single room with twin bed and shared bathroom. The AC was strong and the bed was comfortable. Simple, old Victorian...
